I give this company only 1 star because it will not let me give 0 stars. The people are nice on the phone, but they take orders on parts charge your credit card and then don't come thru with the parts. They did refund me my money. They do not return calls, and they have very very very poor customer relation skills, Morgan in particular, nor do they care if you buy or not. Mr. Murphy was nice but could not help because, Morgan who is the manager just didn't care enough to put forth any effort in making a sale or helping a customer that he lead on for over two weeks. I do not recommend this as I place to do business with!

This has been the worse experience of my life! I ordered parts for a car 3 months ago. They told me they wouldn't pull the parts until I paid for the parts in full (almost $1000). They said the parts would be available within 7-10 business days. It has been 3 months and they don't have the parts. I called everyday for 2 1/2 months straight and I had to call at least twice a day because they were on the phone with other customers, out to lunch or at a meeting. They NEVER called me back after they told me they would. They are nothing but con-artist! I reported them to fraud investigators in hopes that no one else will have to deal with this company again! No matter how hard it is to find parts for your car, don't go with them! They promise you that they are working on it, send you pictures but they have no intention on sending you the parts! This place needs to be shut down! I just recently found out THIS PLACE IS OPERATING WITHOUT A LICENSE!

This is the worst place EVER!!!! They were supposed to put in an engine for me, after I paid for it, and they never did!! They kept my car for almost two months and gave me excuse after excuse as to why my vehicle was not done. After the two months (nearly) we went there unexpectantly to see what the real problem was and found my car sitting in the lot NEVER WORKED ON! While the whole time the owner lied and said they began working on my car. They said the engine was out, then they were waiting for a part, then the owner was ill, then the owner was the only one who would work on the car!!! lies, lies, and more ridiculous lies!! Bottom line...Please if you want spared the unnecessary trauma just pass these people up!
