Update. There are carts available again for rent. Yard is clean and organized. Aisles are labeled. It would be a 5 star but I have trouble with my feet and planned on renting a golf cart but they were all broken. Not rented but broken.

Employees have always been polite and helpful when I’ve been. I’ve read reviews and even heard people in person complain about this location not having their part. This is not a part store. It is a junk yard. If someone takes the part before you it is gone. Know when you go you might not find anything you need. You have the best shot of you come soon after the vehicle is placed on the yard. The website shows date vehicle was placed on the yard.

Every employee I interacted with (4) was on their game, friendly and helpful! That's 400% better than most businesses today.Didn't catch his name but the guy checking people in was just super... he really set me up to make things easy. Both Jordan and Christina were attentive, polite, and very, very helpful. I was in and out in a flash. Even got a Veteran's discount.I've been to Pull-a-part North Atlanta and had good service there too, but the crew on Augusta put a big smile on my face today.Thanks!-mike

If you want to Pull your own part off a used car, well Pull-A-Part is the greatest place I've ever seen. Walk in key you make and model into the computer tells you what roll and even the color of the vehicle you are after. They have all the cars up on block for easy access and all about four feet apart WOW, Just Wow could be be easier. Jim Brooks

Prices are pretty good.. got a 2004 Acura leather car seat for $40 in condition.. People are nice there, but the parkingLot is a mess needs better management. Try to ad pictures from the filthy parking lot, but don't know if it worked. Terrible. 9/11/2021 Update; someone heard me: the place is cleaned up. Awesome. Now I even enjoy it more to come and look for parts with my husband. Thanks

Staff was courteous. Didn't find all the parts we were looking for but that's because of low stock of what car we were looking for. Checkout was simple and fast.

This was the worst car lot that I've been to yet... All of the cars were missing parts as if somebody pulled them. I don't believe any of them ran...and the craziest thing you couldn't just buy the car outright they wanted you to buy each individual piece.

It was ok .. I found what I needed fast and easy. The only part I didn't like was when the guy made me empty out my pockets acting like I was trying to steal from them.
