    This place is just awesome. I can search to see if they have the vehicle I need parts for before I arrive. If the part doesn't work, I can return it for store credit, no questions asked. Prices are outstanding, and the employees are caring and respectful. Making my third trip there tomorrow!

    I have visited this pull a part for many years. I love the way the yard is set up, Staff is very professional, On the other hand the prices are almost as high as buying new, a Radiator there is $ 73.00. Plus what is this environmental cost that is being added to each purchase, I thought that was a disposable fee?

    Purchased a transmission, tail lights, & shocks had plenty of wheel barrows, fresh stock, & all staff was friendly & helpful. Also went last weekend & purchased 2 great almost new tires at another less than I was having to pay for 2 new ones anywhere else. Still had the little rubber doodads all over the edges from being new. 😁

    Don't waste your time driving here. The selection is junk, always smashed body parts. I been going there for 20 years and they have gotten worse and worse. Today they wanted $150 for 2 normal s10 wheels and junk tires with no tread and cracks that I needed just to move a truck around. 50 bucks per junk wheel n tire plus 5 bucks environmental and 16 bucks core charge. Place is junk. I do not recommend!!!

    Update. There are carts available again for rent. Yard is clean and organized. Aisles are labeled. It would be a 5 star but I have trouble with my feet and planned on renting a golf cart but they were all broken. Not rented but broken.

    Nick and Johnny are truely two of the very knowledgeable crew members of Pull A Part in Augusta Georgia. Not only are they willing and able to answer any questions you may have. They make you feel as if your important to them. I'm truly grateful for there patience and understanding for this US Army Veteran.

    Johnny Cash at Pull-A-Parts absolutely amazing Nick Hester customer service was outstanding this is my only go-to because Johnny and Nick and go well their way to take care of the customers that's much I can say about this wonderful network of customer service but it's short I must say thanks guys keep up the great work Deanna has a very welcoming and warm personality as you entered into the facility thank you for everything

    Prices are pretty good.. got a 2004 Acura leather car seat for $40 in condition.. People are nice there, but the parking Lot is a mess needs better management. Try to ad pictures from the filthy parking lot, but don't know if it worked. Terrible. 9/11/2021 Update; someone heard me: the place is cleaned up. Awesome. Now I even enjoy it more to come and look for parts with my husband. Thanks

    Experience is usually great I watch what comes in . To see if it’s anything I need for my personal projects . The only complaint I have is depending on who u check out with . They nickel and dime u on every little part . For example a complete console . Some cashiers choose to charge u for the auxiliary plug, speaker or any electrical device that’s built into the console . Just watch how they charge u for your items !!

    Parts wise they are fine. As far as Calling to confirm the part shown online will fit or cross referencing for certain year models fitment multiple year models, if you are open on a certain day like today, Sunday they need to rectify to better serve customers!

    The lady at the front desk is a huge hire for this place. She’s fun and has personality. Shes also extremely helpful. You want find this at other places around. They also had all the parts I was looking for and were very fair priced.

    I'm very disappointed in this place it's getting a little too expensive for me plus they want to charge it the same price for a sensor is if it was like a ignition switch ridiculous it doesn't matter if it's one switch with two parts you going to get charged separate for it I've never heard of any crap before my life until this place here started don't know who the new manager is I had no complaints up until now and their rules are changing by the day every time I go down there is a different rule about something the price they charge you can buy brand new stuff it used to be reasonable but not anymore I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere

    The young man (from Davis towing) who picked up my vehicle was so nice, polite and very professional. We completed the paperwork. He paid me for my vehicle and answered some questions I had about another vehicle I have. He made it a very pleasant experience. I will recommend this company and Davis towing to anyone.

    Their restrooms are horrific! I mean I realize it's a junkyard but they could at least keep them at an acceptable level aside from that it's a great salvage yard....staff is friendly and helpful.
