    I did not enjoy my experience with Nicole today when trying to purchase a rim. She was not helpful with providing alternative options to what I was looking for all while providing a nasty attitude. I was dissatisfied mainly with my service and lack of assistance more than anything.

    Went in to get my plate off my car after it was towed up there. Spoke with a young woman named Kimmie (sp?). She went out to the lot & got the plate for me. Was in and out within 5 mins. Excellent service & very costumer friendly. Thank you.

    Katherine claim she was the manager. We were purchasing a radiator fan with motor and she kept charging us for a radiator fan with motor with the radiator we kept telling her we did not have the radiator she kept arguing with us so she brings over another co-worker and the other coworker didn't know what she was talking about either so I had to go home and give my phone and bring my phone back to prove that there was something on your website that said radiator with fan motor. I don't understand how you could charge for a blower resistor when you can't take it off of the fan. I will never go back to pull apart while she is working she was very rude she never did Apologize she never did say that we were right she kept saying she never argued with us. The fan even said DO NOT REPAIR! RESISTOR. Ticket # 1441758 I had to waste my gas (which isn't cheap) to teach your people how to read. Out of all the years I've been dealing with you people I have never been treated like this.

    Nice folks but they do not keep their inventory up to date. One of the cars I wanted parts off from was gone even though it was still in the system. Beware if you are traveling from a distance.

    I was told that come on guy that works there that for lugs when lineup in the car that I was going to tire store so I bought the tires and rim and it did not turn right up here and called somebody and they said pulling it off this other starting car the lineup at the vehicle that I needed well got the tire to my car and I did not line up waste of money I love this place but didn't need store credit needed tires for my car.

    This rating is just for the used cars that they sell now I bought a vehicle here on January 6th of 2023 today is February 9th 2023 and I'm yet to receive my title I've came here twice to pick it up physically and the guy is not on his job he leaves early today is Thursday is supposed to be here and the guy never showed up for work. I have cancer and cannot even get my title and have to keep driving back from Elyria to Cleveland because he don't know how to do his job. Tell the guy that sells the car at the car lot he gives no stars below Stars ratings the poorest ratings I've ever given anyone. As far as Pull-A-Part itself I give them five stars, their workers and your being able to get used car parts. The people at the service desk are wonderful inside of Pull-A-Part very helpful, very polite great customer service inside but not at the car lot

    The staff is very friendly. You can’t beat the $2 price to shop around for parts. It’s nice they offer memberships to people who may need to visit often & even if you don’t have a membership , your $2 bucks will last all day for entry back inside if you need to come back that day. They have tools available for loan and free wheel barrels for you to explore the lot with. I’m not a car expert, so it’s important for me not to be made to feel inadequate but the staff all around were helpful and greeted me with a smile. Even when they were busy the staff was multitasking to make sure everyone was taken care of. I also Like the music they play inside…it’s inviting! Thanks for the great customer service Pull A Part!
