Needed a tail light for my 2010 Dodge Charger. Online system was very helpful to identify inventory. Arrived and was on the lot in under 5 minutes. The large lot is very well organized. Plenty of room to move around the vehicles and easily find your match. Checking out was fast and the prices were very reasonable when compared with new parts. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Will surely visit again and highly recommend. Thanks!

I've had a change of heart. Though my initial experience had rubbed me the wrong way, the management staff here at Pull-a-part genuinely wants the customers to have a positive experience at their location. I am grateful for their willingness to work with me on a return that didn't have all the necessary paperwork and this company has earned itself a lifelong customer.

Be careful they will rip you off at some point.Went there to buy a window regulator. Found it, pulled it and checked out. Got to my car an realized they tacked on some extended warranty charge i did not ask for. If i wanted a warranty i would have(and did after this) bought new from parts store. When i went back in they said they could not refund me that and could not give me store credit. I will not deal with cleveland pull a part again because of this. I have been a long time customer and spent hundreds of dollars there but apparently none of that matters.

It is a worth wild place. It definitely provides assistance with getting many cars back on the road from preventative maintenance like brakes and tires to state inspections for salvage titles. I have often joke with others how we come in for one thing and end up leaving with much more.

Added cruise control to my truck. Deducted 1 star since they insisted the stalk switch had a removable harness even after explaining it was part of switch the staff was rude and charged additional. Still happy as I found all parts needed to finish job. 2001 Silverado.

Mario and the manager (Jereme) here were truly a blessing to me today. I came upon some hard times and was short on a very important bill. I've been wanting to get rid of my 2nd vehicle now for some time but wasn't sure if my daughter would want or need it or not so I held off. Until today when she agreed to us selling it and we'll fix her current vehicle soon. Well, I had gotten a few quotes from different places but not enough to cover the bill. So, I drove up to pull apart and was greeted by a very polite Mario. I explained my situation and he walked me over to the manager, Jereme. Instantly, I got a good vibe. He was kind, professional, and had a sense of humor which in my eyes is always a plus :) I then explained I got a quote, but it wasn't enough to cover the bill I needed to pay. He asked what I needed and I told him. He then walked to his computer and told me he was able to give me that PLUS an extra $40. Y'all, I cried. I literally was praying for this help and my prayer was answered thru Pull Apart and their outstanding employees and customer service. I am so grateful and just needed to express my gratitude. A simple thank you just didn't seem like enough. I hope this review will be the deciding factor in someone's choice between anywhere else and coming here. Choose Pull Apart on the west side of Cleveland off of W. 130. Thank you again to Jereme for providing more than just a transaction. I will not only spread good word, but you've gained a customer for life. If I ever need parts, or tires, or even automotive advice... I'm calling y'all first lol 😊 thanks again and may us all be blessed 🙏

It's nice finding a salvage yard with their car stock inventoried. Online, I found they had 4 cars that could have my part, I got the 3 tools I needed, drove to the yard, and found one of the cars right where it was supposed to be. I removed the part I needed. In and out in less than 20 minutes. The yard that I normally use, has no inventory. They don't have any ideas of what cars they have. One has to 'walk the yard' to see if they have the model, make, and year you need.
