This specific junkyard has far better service than any other I’ve EVER been to. Like, most yards seem to offer negative help, like their employees make it more difficult on me due to their inadequacy, the Springville Pull N Save is so far in the OTHER direction. Helpful staff and fairly well organized. 10/10

I hadn’t investigated the Springville yard for last couple years since opened because I was just visiting my usual places. But this past week on my first trip I bought tons of later model parts for all my cars and my kids’ cars (10-25 year old cars instead of 20+ at other pick your own). I also bought one of their running vehicles that first week for a kid but fell in love with it so it’s now become my own little project car. I also sold them the one I was replacing with it and feel like I got a great price. And the best thing is how clean and how organized they really are. On a 50% off sales day we just whipped right through paying for parts and every step of yard scrounging. I love going scrounging junk yards regularly and have forced my kids and a couple times my wife to go with me. But this Springville yard is actually super fun and we’ll organized. One of my sons came with me on this past Saturday sales trip and he was grinning when we were done and told my wife that I had found all kinds of “shiny” things that I was so excited about.

It was great going in and getting the parts I needed and the carts they have made it so easy to get the parts back out to my truck. The only issue I had was there was a bad part that was attached to the part I was getting and I was running out of time to be out of there and they wanted to charge me for the bad part. Needless to say I spent the extra time to take the bad part off.

Well organized and well kept yard, plenty of room to work. Friendly staff. It is quick to be able to kind the cars that match to see if the part you need is there which is great for convenience. Only negative is pricing and pricing is a big factor with used parts. Hence they are not my favorite yard but probably number 2 which still is not bad. If you are going for major items like engine or transmission honesty their pricing if fair but beware they have 2 prices for everything, with or with out a warranty and by default they will quote you a price with a warranty. And nearly everything has a "core charge" Personally I don't need a warranty, if it's wrong part etc the labor and time is the biggest loss. Wish they did there 50% off days more. Also good place for tires. Over all I'm sure glad they are there.👍

They wanted 46$ for a used radiator cooling fan from a 2003 Honda crv and a used vtec solenoid. Way to overpriced in my opinion, fan should have been 20$ and the solenoid 10$ at the most.

Not bad at all. We use most of the yards in salt lake but since we were near this yard we decided to give it a go. As much as we love the west valley location, this one is much more clean and organized. Then again, it is new. I found a few things I needed. Checkout was breezy. I can’t make this my go to yard but for sure will come with a list of things needed if I ever have to drive out this far.

They have quite a large selection of vehicles. This was the 2nd place I went to looking for parts for my car. I would have to say their prices are higher than other places. Their trade-in prices are a bit low IMO too. It is well organized and easy to find the car you are looking for. They do offer a warranty for an extra fee in case the part doesn’t work or to return it. FYI, there is a $2 entrance fee.

I haven’t been there in person but customer service sucks. I called they transferred me to a full voicemail. Tried to do a chat no one responded. Called back and they just hung up on me. They may need to hire people that actually want to help and do their job.

Very clean office and very nice staff! They had the parts I needed and the vehicle was blocked up safely and it was very convenient to get the parts off that I needed. I also got 5 extra lug nuts for a steel wheel, nothing fancy just regular lug nuts like the ones that have been around forever. I expected to pay for them, that was no problem! But when I got home and got looking at the receipt I noticed that they charged me a core charge on the lug nuts! 🤣

Love this place, great deals, lots of cars. My only regret is that they're rotating out the older vehicles, so finding parts for old trucks is getting harder

Loved the 50% off first Saturday of the month to get parts I would’ve held off on for too long. Grabbed a newer comfy seat to pop in my suv. Courtesy wheelbarrow cart saved my day too. Update: the rewards program led to some frustration at checkout. I somehow was receiving texts updating me on a new promotion I earned. At checkout, they didn’t have my phone number tied to an account. I didn’t understand how that’s possible since they were texting me updates. I had to pull over out of the line, register an account, then show the points I’ve earned. They couldn’t see them for another day until the system synced so I left spending money I wasn’t planning on spending. They offered a discount for the trouble. I guess I’ll have those points for the next visit, but that first time redeeming rewards blunder wasn’t ideal. Otherwise happy with the yard and staff!

The sales department apparently never answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. The parts department is good, have gotten some good stuff for my car there.

I think it is unfair, wrong, and possibly illegal to charge a core charge on virtually every part purchased. I hope you reconsider this practice.

Called to ask for availability on a particular battery for my car, stated that after I gave my name and a greeting. Had to give year, make, model, the usual now to go anywhere. Was told there was no year make or model of my car anywhere in Utah. I didn't ask that. I just wanted a battery of this particular size. Was told 'yes, we have batteries'. Great, do they have that size battery. 'Yes, we sell batteries here'. Management, either lay off the employees so they are not unmotivated robots over the phone, or put battery availability on the website. I didn't think you guys would be more useless than Autozone and O'Reilly employees.

I love this place. I haven’t been to many pick and pulls but out of the ones I have been to, this one was the best. They were very organized. They new where each car was and they printed us a list of where to find the cars we needed to check out. They staff was very friendly and helpful. If I have to go to a pick and pull again, this is the spot I will ask to go to. The only downside is I feel that they are over priced. Not only for used parts, but used parts that you have to remove off of the broke down vehicle yourself. Yes I would say they need to lower there rates they are charging the consumer. But besides that. I love it! I love the organization they’ve got going on over there. I love when everything is in its spot and cataloged and easy to find. I would recommend this place to everyone. Go on and head over there, they make it all easy to find what you’re looking for.

I feel the service and prices are good. But the web site that they have is ridiculous when trying to locate the price of a part.

I was not happy with their customers service. I called in ahead of time to make sure they had a part, and the lady I was on the phone with said yes they would have it up front. When I get there and ask tell them that I was told it would be up front. The man who I was talking to seemed new or just confused, the girl he stood by quickly would answer for him and say no. That I would have to go out to the yard to get it. The guy went to ask the girl if he could just help me with it as I was with my toddler and she told him no. I worked in the mechanic field and came across a lot of pick a part place so I know some have stern attitudes, but at least they try to be helpful I would not recommend going here. They are not helpful in the least bit. I have

Easily the best junkyard in Utah. They switch their inventory often, and I can’t believe how organized they are! It’s incredibly easy to find the cars you’re looking for, and the prices are very fair. The staff is polite and professional. I’ll be coming here anytime I have a need!
