Misrepresented the part. Slow shipping. 30 plus days from point of sale. Asked for a picture of the part. Told I was demanding. Would never purchase again. Door held up with piece of wood from pallet. Still waiting on refund. Told door was complete. It’s not. The original pictures I was shown, door was perfect. This door is damaged. No inside panel. Was told that was there. You outright lied.12/30/2021. Please beware if you do business with this company. Totally dishonest. I would complain to the BBB, but you aren’t a member and I can see why now. Disgraceful how you conduct your business.

Sold me a Quality, Tested, junk transmission.I paid $870 to have it installed and serviced per their warranty instructions.Multiple calls to Hana, Chris and Vanessa saying your warranty expired. I reported the problem well within the warranty period.I asked for a refund and they gave me $100. They never returned my calls as promised. Not once did anyone of these thieves do what they said they would doAs per the conversation you had with my associate you stated that you have fixed the transmission but you also wanted a compensation for the same. We have processed a refund of $100 as a compensation on 12-10-2021.This is the maximum refund that can be processed. My experience with this company has been horrible from the start. I ordered an engine for my 1999 Infiniti i30. The order taker, Hannah, told me the engine they were shipping had either 74K or 78K miles and had been tested and was a good running engine. The engine arrived at the repair shop with nothing indicating the mileage on the paperwork. The engine we received had multiple leaks from the valve cover gaskets, oil pan, and timing cover gasket and was covered in some unknown blue powder. The shop can not install the engine until in the condition it arrived in until all the repairs are made. When I complained to Quality Auto Salvage they told me in a text and by phone that the engine would need to be installed by the mechanic shop, photographed, and the paperwork forwarded to them on the mechanic shop letterhead detailing the problem. The problem is, and they know this, no reputable mechanic shop is going to install a piece of junk engine into a vehicle until they first make sure the obvious damages are first fixed with the engine already on the outside of the vehicle. The engine cost me $618.00. The repair shop gave me an estimate of $500.00 to fix the engine before they can install it in my vehicle. That does not include what the shop is going to charge me to install the engine. So with the, unjustified, shipping fee of $218.70, that $618.00 junk engine will cost me $1336.70. And, they still have not provided me with any documentation of the mileage. This Quality Auto Salvage sold me a damaged piece of junk engine and expect me to be alright with it. Not going to happen. They stated the shipping was free when I ordered the engine. They then waited 19 days later and charged me $218.70 for shipping. They stated the reason was that their shipper told then they delivered the engine to a residence. It was clearly an eight bay full service auto repair shop (formerly a GoodYear service center) located in a commercial business district surrounded by other commercial businesses which I told them they could Google. So, they send me this email telling me that because this matter has exceeded 30 days they are closing it out. I have a junk engine that I can not use in the condition they shipped it and they are apparently attempting to steal another $218.00 from me. I fail to see how that is good business. It appears as though they hope just because they "closed" this matter that I will just go away. That is not good business.

After searching internet for a rear differential for '89 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 4x4, I received emails and texts from several companies. Quality Auto Salvage from Maryland was one. Initially, I ordered the rear diff but after further investigation I changed my mind due to negative reviews and complaints with the Better Business Bureau. The next day I contacted Quality Auto Salvage by text, email followed by a telephone call expressing my concerns due to negative reviews and complaints with the Better Business Bureau. I received an email response from Noah explaining I would receive a call from a representative. Later I talked with Hanna, explained my reservations, to my surprise they we kind enough to refund my credit card payment and cancel my order. Thank you. This act removed a great deal of my concerns and reservations. I may now do business with these people based upon this experience. Be fore warned, they are a brokerage service and do not actually own the salvage yard(s).

My husband purchased a 7.3 Ford engine that was supposed to have 82,000 miles. It looks to have 400,000 miles. Oil pan was crushed with a hole in it and the exhaust manifolds were heavily rust corrosion with bolts that are so rusted they can’t be removed. This motor hasn’t been run in years and surely was not test run like the ad stated. Have contacted them dozens of times and sent pics and can’t seem to get anybody to respond with a solution for this issue. They are totally ignoring us and this motor is not usable. It was supposed to be running and warranty for 6 months and it wouldn’t even make a descent core for a purchase of a good motor. I have bought several motors from other companies online and this is first that I am absolutely not satisfied with. $2250.00 bucks down the toilet if we can’t get this resolved. PEOPLE BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Charged my card February 2nd. Just got a tracking number yesterday 2/15/2022. No one wants to help they blame UPS, even the weather. Was told by Chris the part would be delivered 2/14/2022. Then Hannah said it would be 2/15/2022 by 3pm. Still no part. The label was just printed 2/15/2022 at 3:30pm. American Express is filing a fraud case on my behalf. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

THIRD PARTY BROKERS!! THIS IS HOW IT WORKS!! ----------------- you call them and ask for a part. They go to car-part.com, partshotlines.com, or or other LEGIT websites that salvage yards put their inventory in and order from them. You're basically paying Quality Auto Salvage, LLC to google for you. They can tell you (for example) that the engine has 50K miles but in reality it may have 250k because they don't know and they're trying to lie to get you to buy from them. If you look up their address, 9395 Tiller Dr Ellicott City, MD 21042 you can clearly see that it's not a salvage yard. It's best just to go to car-part.com or partshotlines.com or call your local salvage yard.

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! This is the worst business I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I bought a transmission from them and paid $1300 to have it installed; only to find out the 4th, 5th, AND 6th gears were stripped. Than, it took over a month to get a response about my warranty, but by then I'd had my transmission rebuilt. Now, it's been two weeks of lies about getting my refund and I'm still waiting. Put these people out of business. They don't deserve anyone's money. They send destroyed items, have them returned, don't give back your refunds, and then just sale that raggedy part to someone else. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

If I could give anything lower then a 1 star I would. After searching the internet for this part I finally found it at quality Auto Salvage. Took about a week to receive the item. Took my car and the item to the dealership to install. Was put into my car. The item did not clear the codes we were hoping it should have. Item is not compatible to my car. I have a letter from the dealership stating this. I called to have it returned. They will not return or give me my $750.00us back as it's not a damaged item. Now if you bought something and it didn't work wouldn't you return it for a full refund??? NEVER EVER EVER purchase anything from this company. They are not true to there word. Was told I could return if not correct. Well it's not correct. I will be going to the higher ups with this one. Next time I will be checking with the BBB before I purchase anything. I was asked to contact Vanessa to resolve this issue. I have sent her 3 emails and not once had she responded to any of them. I am still waiting for a response. Very very poorly run company. Sad they feel they can rip people off and get away with it. I have contacted the BBB. Hopefully they won't get away with treating people poorly. Sad sad company. Wow.

Do not order from this place. They are very eager to take your money but not send you the auto part. I ordered a part a month ago and they told me it would take 5 to 7 days to receive it. It's been a month now. I have called on several occasions but they just gave me the run around. They told me I will receive it soon. Another day they said it was out for delivery. They are total crooks. I had to call my credit card company to protect the $275 that I spent. These people are total trash.
