They really need a big sign near the main entrance (and another up the hill) to direct people where to go, because they receive different things in different places. For example, steel goes that way, other metals this way, appliances/TV’s that way. I arrived and waited confused until someone was available to help me. That said, the staff were really nice, and I appreciate having a place that’s not the dump to bring this stuff.

Their location is perfect for scrap metal drop off. I refuse to take my aluminum cans there! Last time I called, they were offering $0.23 per pound (aluminum cans). I called Sutters Metal in Tacoma and they were offering $0.65 per pound (aluminum cans). That’s a huge difference, especially when your taking in 100 pounds of aluminum cans. Due diligence on your part.

The guys out in the shop were super nice and helpful, service was fast but the girl in the office was less than pleasant (smaller girl, hair slicked back in tight ponytail). She was rude when I walked in and asked who I talk to cause I had never been there and she said "well what are you here for" uh... to recycle metal like everyone else?!? It was just a rude way to "help" someone asking for guidance. Then it was super awkward when I cashed out cause she just had rude attitude the whole time. Not sure how she's the face of the office but def needs a chat.
