Definitely not top mechanics. Bought a radiator for my xj Jeep and it looked like a child try praying it out with a screwdriver possibly pinching passages. I asked for my money back and they as long as it doesn't leak it's no problem for them and they'll just replace it with a different one, like it's a smart thing to replace one junk with another junk

We called up had the pleasure of speaking to Annette unfortunately they did not have the part I needed. We discovered there were four different transmission that year so this young lady took the time to take the Vin and do a statewide search that led me to the very transmission and an amazing price. The call was technically over when she stated No we do not have one, going above and beyond with great demeanor she saved US a lot of money/time that's 5 Star Service. Thank you Rigsby's and Annette

WARNING!! Had my transmission rebuilt, within 24 hours of getting it back 5 days later had to bring it back for another week of a second rebuild (they installed a part wrong). Transmissions leaks now after 5 months took it back still leaks and warranty expired after 6 months . What a waste of money

This place far exceeded my expectations! They had an online post for a tail light assembly that I have been searching for over the last six months. The ad said the lens was somewhat faded (no big deal, just use a bit of modeling paints and clear coating). Norman, let me know that prior to my purchase simply to confirm. When the tail light assembly arrived, I was in shock that it wasn’t faded, but oxidized! That’s even better! All it needed was a good cleaning and bit of polish! For a brittle, almost 30 year old assembly, you couldn’t have asked for better care. The invoice process was immediate and their shipping was excellently packed and super fast! Highly recommend giving Rigsby’s a go!

Super helpful and got me the part I needed. Also I was able to check out another part even thought I decided I ended up not wanting the other part. The employee was super nice and I as offering to pressure wash the part for me since I said it looked a little dirty. I’d come here again

Was in need of a rear light and they just happened to have one. It was used but looked brand new and operated as such! That's twice in a matter of weeks they've come through. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing parts for their vehicles.

I called to see if i could find a part and they were extremely unwilling to help the part I was looking for could have been on several different models of cars and the person on the phone was not interested in helping or even checking the vehicle inventory they just kept saying they crushed most of there inventory and didn't know which were available and the lady was very unpleasant in the first place would rather drive out of my way to tampa or clearwater to go to a u pull it and sweat in the sun then even attempt to contact this salvage yard again Going through the reviews it appears they like to argue with customer reviews instead of trying to defuse an already unhappy experience they antagonize it how unprofessional

I have a auto repair shop. They sell bogus parts and dont stand by anything. I'm out on lost time and labor. Will NEVER do any business with this company! I'm glad the owner replays to my review with lies! I'm glad you stand by your parts that are no good and worn out. Great business ethic. Never happen in the salvage yard I ran and owned.

horrible!!!!!! I bought a part for 107 dollars. ended up being the wrong part so I reordered the correct one which ended up being 185 dollars but they didn't have one in stock. so they ordered one and said it was going to arrive by Wednesday so I went ahead and paid for it, they gave me $100 store credit for the wrong part that they gave me, and I paid in cash the $85 difference. I called on Wednesday to see where it was and they said they couldn't even find the part that I needed and that I can either wait until they find the part or get the 85 refunded but not the 107 from the part that wasn't even the correct one. I've heard a lot of bad things about rigsbys even on how they treat there workers, now with this personal experience I seriously cant believe they are even still in business.

quoted a price over the phone drove there 20 minutes each way they tried to charge more than doubled what i was quoted. owner didnt care pay $50 for it or not. even though his employee said she had told me that on the phone. i was quoted $20 . dont waste your time go to any other junkyard. horrible customer service wasted a hour of my time bought a brand new 1 for $50 from efi in tampa.. highway robbery what they are doing to people.

I’ve been to ALOT of salvage yards and I can honestly say this in the cleanest and best kept one! Most salvage yards embrace there “dirt” but this one breaks those molds. Give this place a call. If they have what you need chances are it’s in better shape then most anyone else’s would be

They sold me a fuel pump for a 2003 Sunfire and it doesn't fit. I called for a refund and of course they refused. The cables aren't even the same. I was told by a mechanic this part actually came off of a newer model. What a bunch of crooks! This is why they have such a low rating compared to the various other used parts stores in the area. Go take a look for yourself.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! I ordered a steering column for a 90 Dodge truck. When the column came it had a hole in the main housing, it was missing the ignition rod, dimmer rod, ignition switch and the dimmer switch was broken. The column was basically garbage. There was no way I could use the steering column. The part he sold me for $100 was worse than the one I was replacing. So I called my sales person and told him that the column they sold me was broken and unusable. He said they don't guarantee the electrical. I responded that there were parts missing and hole in it. They put the manager on and he told me the same thing. The reason I bought a steering column was because mine was broken and I needed one that worked, seems simple to me... They sold me broken steering column and refused to refund my money. IF YOU DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

Very bad experiece, I would not recommed this business to any other shop owner. I order a part on a Thursday, I was assure that the parts was going to be deliver on Friday, but the part was never sent. On Friday morning I call them to verify that the part was sent and they told me it has been sent. At 2:PM Friday I call them to fiend out where the part was and they told me that the delivery person forgot to pick it up. They sugested that I pay an extra $35.00 for a carrier and offer to dicount the part by $10.00. I told them it was they mistake that they should pay for the carrier and charge me the agree on price but they said no that $10.00 off was the best they could do.

I brought my work truck in for a transmission rebuild before leaving on a 2 week trip. Hoped to get it finished when I got back. They called the day before I was returning saying it was done. Perfect. Except. When I went in to pay the balance and take the truck they gave me the keys and told me to check it out. I went to drive the truck and when I put it in reverse it wouldn't go. I gave it more gas and still wouldn't move. I got up to about 3/4 throttle and it backed out of the spot. I went ahead and drove it on the road but the engine had to wind too high to pull the truck. It did shift through the gears but there was way too much slipping. If I had made me move to Utah in that truck like I planned I never would have made it. I had enough trouble with the U-Haul I drove. My truck would have been left on the mountain somewhere. I would never go there for transmission work. Steer clear.

They didn't have the part we needed , but they were extremely helpful in locating the part at another yard close by . Reminds me of the movie Miracle on 34th Street where Bloomingdales and Macy were sending each other clients if they didn't have the gifts . Lol

Sells a part with warranty, I told them the part did not look good. They said if it was bad they would pay the labor to remove the transmission and put it back they even gave it in writting, they had to bring another transmission, but not the labor. Over a year know and they still have not paid said their was not enouph money, in over a year are you kidding me. Dose not stand behind their word.

I recently had an '09 Jetta lose the automatic transmission so I decided to swap it to manual. Easy fix right? Yes and no. I started out at nearly all the other big named and nationally recognized places. Because I was not an insurance company and need a bunch of specific parts they simply dismissed me. My wife grew up in Zephyrhills and suggested we look there, and we did. They just so happened to have two cars that were combined enough to get the entire lot of components for the project. The sales personal took the time to make sure that the dismantlers understood what all I needed. When all was said and done I got all the needed parts well under budget. I highly recommend making them your FIRST stop and not the last when sourcing used auto parts.
