    Customer service is terrible. Can't do her job for sleeping or chasing the owner. I couldn't even get someone on the phone to purchase a car. I will go somewhere else.

    I have called several times to let them know about their dogs laying on a busy road and running free on a busy road and they still do nothing. I tried to call this morning and no one will answer. The big fluffy one is laying in the street as of 8:03 On Nov 1st and if a semi passes I'm horrified of what will happen to the innocent baby. Please please do something. They are innocent lives that deserve to be protected.

    Emailed them about parts needed. No response, I called them a month later and the girl on the phone wanted nothing to do with helping me find any parts. snappy and angry is not a good way to answer phone calls for a business…

    Went there for a part, showed the owner a picture of what i needed and he gave me a price.After spending a hour removing it from the vehicle I take it into the office he tells me he wants double the price he quoted me which was more than the part is brand new.He then says he doesn't want to sell it at all and get off the property and that I should go to Pull-A-Part which is exactly what i did. I don't think this is a very good way to treat a customer.I won't be back there.

    Kenny is a nice guy, and he treats you nice when you need a part. Needed a side window for my van. He had one. His workers pulled it out and put it in for a very good price.

    I give ken a zero if I could. He doesn't know how to run a business had me waiting 3 hours to get a hub assembly off when it's four bolts and he wouldn't go out and check on his people and see what is wrong instead wanted to send me out after his people that don't even speak English after I told him I just got out of the hospital for pneumonia and shouldn't even be outside

    Don't ever go here. Yes they did work with me on the payments .But I called them on a Tuesday asked if my car could be ready by Friday (needed a new transmission) they told me yeah Saturday at the latest. Friday comes they tell me it'll be ready Saturday. Saturday comes they say they had to get a another one it'll be ready Monday. Monday comes they tell me their finishing up it'll be ready Tuesday morning. Calls Tuesday morning they tell me it'll be ready in the afternoon. Every time they say they'll call me back they don't. I always have to call them. They don't care that they're inconvenienting you. Don't tell me it's going to be ready if you don't even know if it is. And it makes me wonder if they even know what they're doing. Worse experience ever.

    Do not do business here. I had more than $300 of personal property stolen from my car, and after nearly two weeks of getting the run around and $800 for them supposedly putting in a fuel pump and timing belt, my car still isn’t running right. The clincher is this is a car a bought from them less than 6 months ago that have sunk more than $1500 into. They only take cash and do not give you receipts. Believe the other people you see posting their horrible experiences so you don’t have to learn the hard way.

    Called for a part (front bumper) on Friday they told me they would call me back when the part was ready. Monday comes the part still not ready. Tuesday it was supposed too be done. Today they sold it too somebody else. Unprofessional. That part was holding me up from having job done. Wouldn't do business with with them again.

    I was visiting a freind of mine on Clarinet Drive, right off of cane run road. I happen to look at the camera at the right time to see a tow truck behind my car, at the abandoned, amd closed down store next door. I go out, and ask the guy what he was doing he said towing my car away, and i said for what? He said that the owner was having my car towed away. I told him i can move my car right now, he said i can tow it for you. He refused to drop my car unless i paid him $144, there were no signs on the property saying that no vehicles can park there. This place has been doing predatory towing for some time i can tell. The tow truck guy told me at the impound it would be $163, but when i went to go pick it up later I was charged $203.

    This place seemed like they were good at first paid 550 for a rearend to be put on my truck. Went to pick it up got 20 paces and my truck stopped and caught on fire. They get truck back ask for another 200 for watever was supposed to been wrong. We leave again get to cane run rd and truck dies out again, they get back say they dont know whats wrong. Get a call truck was broken into, then a week later keys to my truck was stolen from their shop, then to another week later my tags was stolen off the truck. All tht and truck still not fixed and no answers, worst place I've ever seen in my life.

    Horrible service.. replaced engine got car back and it stopped the next day.. he wouldn't help figure out the problem and told me I was wrong.. when I went and had battery tested it wasn't the battery . I WILL NEVER GO BACK

    Riverport Auto helped me out of a bind, in short measure. 2 hours before closing and Kenny dropped his job to pull a part for me. Price was fair. I will put them down as my alternative should I need a part quickly, only because of the distance from home.

    Associate was not helpful at all. I called about a part/car and was told I don't think we have it. Hmmmmm so u might have it tho. I live 60 miles away so that's not an answer I want to hear. No business from me that's for sure

    Awesome people work here also had my parts ready for pick up on time couldnt ask for a better place.I also had my trucked worked on the manage to figure it out and the dealer couldnt give them 5 stars cause of the awesome service and not a rip off reasonable prices..Thank you
