This company told me that they could find my transmission with access to multiple locations it wouldn’t be a problem for them and then they tried to sell me a transmission that wasn’t for my truck then got rude with me when I ask for my refund the employee where not help at all and it seem that nobody knows what’s going on at this place I do not recommend them

Sold us a part that we didn't need and we never even received the item, they charged our card and won't refund the money. Terrible! Junky yard, even junkier management! We will never buy here or send anyone here ever! BBB will most likely be hearing about this

Paid for a part and never received it. Very dishonest salvage yard. They still charged my card even though my business never received the part. We will never do business with them again. Do not buy here!

Sold me a 000 condition (undamaged) part that I had to pay upfront for. I drove two hours to pickup the part, and what I received was damaged. The part was clearly dropped and damaged during removal. See attached pictures of the hood on their website, and then what I received.Why bill yourself as a place that pulls the parts for you if you can't even be professional about it? Its 4 bolts to remove this hood, and they couldn't even do that right. I was given no notice in advance of the damage that occurred during removal. If I didn't need this part, and if I hadn't already driven two hours for it, I would have demanded a refund. Instead I'm stuck repairing the damage myself. I'd rather just pull the parts myself.

This is a good little spot with fair prices if you don't want to suffer at the pick your own parts yard like I just love to do. The guy at the desk is all business though so bring your best bad Dad jokes to see if you can get him to crack. They are helpful and honest though. They even talked me out of buying a part from them because they didn't think the way they store their cars would facilitate recovery of a satisfactory example of that part. So I'll definitely be back to deal with them again for sure.

These guys can't seem to answer a phone to save their lives. It's reflective of slow performers that can't process things fast. They needed 3 days to pull a part, additionally indicative of slow performing. It seems they would rather make someone come all the way there instead of answering a phone. NEVER USING YOUR BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!

Update:My wife spoke to the general manager, Correy, and for all the misunderstanding and confusion, he sent all the parts outstanding. Thank you Sir. And he even sent it free of charge!. Now that it outstanding service!Bought a tow hitch and all mounting hardware. I have a $200 paperweight. Even after I sent the sales person highlighted photographs of the parts I need, he still sent me the incomplete mounting hardware. After he confirm twice that it's all there and will be sent. Now I've been given a quote of an additional $300 for the parts I need. He claims it's additional parts. If the owner of Riverside auto reads this, contact me asap. Who in their right mind thinks it's sane to buy a $500 tow hitch from a junkyard?I have all documented proof of the order and the confirmation from the sales person via email. I feel like I've been lied to and my money was stolen. Be very aware of this company before you decide to spend money.

RSA did right by me. I bought a BMW X5 cluster and they shipped it to the West coast promptly and it arrived in good shape. I would do business with them again. Thanks!!
