Excellent service! Very polite workers and they pulled the part we needed very quick! We drove a little over an hour and called before hand. Part was just as described. Will be back again if needed!

Came here Saturday to get a part for my car. Drove 2 hours there and waited 2.5 hours for them to pull the part. During that time, cops were called to the property, customers were claiming to have been scammed. I got my part and left as it was going to be dark on my drive home by time I got the part. I gave the piece to my mechanic just for him to immediately point at two broken pieces, he was unable to use it and I paid $400. I had been scammed too. My mechanic called them directly to see if they could rectify the situation. He was met with hostility, yelling, cussing, and THREATS THAT WERE RECORDED ON THE PHONE CALL. We are currently taking this to court with video evidence. Please if you have any sort of intelligence, don't go to them for any parts. The manager gave us his home address and told us to come FIGHT HIM. So now I have his address for whatever reason??

This place is a scam. They sold a broken body part to a female customer of mine and claimed they had 4 guys pull one part. I sent proof of the damages to them and they claim it wasn't their fault. They scam women customers, and they won't make it right. One of the front desk people gave me their home address and said they would fight me. I recorded the full conversation, and i am going to pursue legal actions.

I looked at 4 separate junk yards for a car part, some junk yards don’t answer , some don’t have the part in stock , I walked into River side yard and was immediately greeted with great service .Not only did the owner Yaz have the piece in stock but he also gave me a GREAT price on it. I'd definitely give them a -20 if possible. My son and I drove from Akron after being told they had the part he needed not once but 3 times. We get there and they don't have the part. They said they'd have the part off the vehicle and waiting and ready for pickup. We both work crazy hours( I'm a traveling nurse and he's a union roofer) so today IS the only day that worked for both of us. So after a 8 hr pointless drive we wasted money on gas, wasted time, and now we're both pissed off. He was told to go to the other location and when we get there guess what... NO ONE WAS THERE!! I don't recommend ANY out of towners deal with them 🤷♀️

Terrible business practices. They sell you the wrong part, then charge you fifty percent more for the first part you ordered. Pay in full before they pull the part and no refund.

These guys won't call you back. They don't know what cars they have much less which part. They had me out walking the yard looking for the car. Turned out they didn't have it. Not worth the time

Just not worth it. The staff was annoyed that I wanted the correct size spare for my car (there were 2 options from the factory. They wanted more than 4 times what I ended up paying for a replacement spare tire for my car.

Do NOT, under any circumstance, use this place. They are rude and don’t give a damn about any customer. Absolutely unbelievable the way people are treated at this place. Drive anywhere else for your parts. The employee thought I was just a delivery driver and told me to just go to the strip club and they would call me in a couple hours when the part was ready.

Told me they had a harness gave me a quote then switch the price when I got there. Bad business wouldn’t recommend them over charging $550 on an engine harness online they going for $200

I got a few parts from them and they were fine and worked but I purchased a radio out of a 02 Sebring which is of Mitsubishi make and the Mitsubishi factory codes that lock it to protect from anti-theft they no longer have the code and the model is past their records so you cannot have them looked up by the manufacturer. Riverside auto didn't have the operators manual which is the only reference to the code so I don't recommend buying any radios from them unless you make sure its not locked via anti-theft but besides that they have good service. They are decent on price and I'm not mad they don't have it, it just a little unprofessional to not be knowledgeable about what your selling or whether some electrical parts have codes. Especially if it cost your customers due to being unable to return because its an electrical part and since I thought it didn't work I had to have a lot of wiring work redone to just discover that the radio is locked... and it's past the 30 day powertrain warranty so I'm just S.O.L on the price of the radio and the work done. But If you go there expect at least an hour of wait time, me a few other customers waited in their lobby for over four hours so I'd see how busy they are before you go.

Took a lot longer than expected to get the part I needed. Sat there for almost 2 hours after driving over an hour to get there. Friendly staff. We even called ahead of time.

We went out to look at a bumper cover and fender. He said the fender was at another part of the salvage yard. He was supposed to send a picture of the fender. After waiting over a week I called him, he started yelling, so I hung up. He kept calling my phone and sent several vulgar texts. Talking about my mother and my daughter (which he never met either one, my mother passed in 2011). I had to threaten to call the police on him to get him to stop. I don't know what he thinks is going to happen by yelling. I may pay more for the parts now elsewhere, however, it is a small price to pay not to deal with him. They are part of Moraine Auto.

By far worst yard I've ever dealt with, bought the part Friday told me it would be pulled off by Saturday!!! NO COMMUNICATION TILL I CALL MONDAY, tell me their getting it off and they'll call me, Tuesday I'm getting a refund I call and they say it was bad !! Where tf is the communication!!!

Update: My wife spoke to the general manager, Correy, and for all the misunderstanding and confusion, he sent all the parts outstanding. Thank you Sir. And he even sent it free of charge!. Now that it outstanding service! Bought a tow hitch and all mounting hardware. I have a $200 paperweight. Even after I sent the sales person highlighted photographs of the parts I need, he still sent me the incomplete mounting hardware. After he confirm twice that it's all there and will be sent. Now I've been given a quote of an additional $300 for the parts I need. He claims it's additional parts. If the owner of Riverside auto reads this, contact me asap. Who in their right mind thinks it's sane to buy a $500 tow hitch from a junkyard? I have all documented proof of the order and the confirmation from the sales person via email. I feel like I've been lied to and my money was stolen. Be very aware of this company before you decide to spend money.

This is a good little spot with fair prices if you don't want to suffer at the pick your own parts yard like I just love to do. The guy at the desk is all business though so bring your best bad Dad jokes to see if you can get him to crack. They are helpful and honest though. They even talked me out of buying a part from them because they didn't think the way they store their cars would facilitate recovery of a satisfactory example of that part. So I'll definitely be back to deal with them again for sure.

When I first came here they were a bit hesitant with letting me and my fiancee both back in the yard at the same time, but they let us and we came back very they were really nice guys who worked here knew what they were doing and did a good job at it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is really only because sometimes it takes forever because someones always on the phone, which can be really annoying to stand there for 10 or 15 minutes while someone is on the phone. But I mean I get it, I understand it's not a personal call it's for sales and other things. So I don't give them to much of a loss on that. Just wish they'd put the calls on hold or something while they took care of people on the inside.
