This place is awful. My son, who does auto repairs, has had to return two motors purchased for this business multiple times due to being faulty. He has had to drive over 600 miles because of this company's poor business practices. The customer service and communication skills were non-existent. Today, when the motor was returned again for not working after being installed for the second time, not a single employee was aware of the buyer's phone call informing them of the second return. I strongly advise against buying from this place if you value your time and money.

First of all my English is not the best. This morning when I called to ask for a part they were very nice and very helpful trough the phone then later we come to the office to the get the parts, they let us to pull the pieces we needed and gave us a great price. I went for a part they were 100% sure was there, only to travel 100+ miles for them to tell me the car that I needed the part from was hit so hard that they threw the part away. However, I was routed to a place another 100+ miles away from them. Now I've been trying to call them since 2:30 today and have been forwarded to voice mail a total of 18 times. Horrible business. Absolutely horrible. This place is a joke. They won't even go *look* at the part before you set on your way to buy it. They only pull or even attempt to check on the part AFTER you pay for it.

I had ordered a hood from there and they had it delivered. When I received it, it was the wrong color. I called back to see if they would exchange it for the color I ordered and paid for. After 2 weeks of calls I was told they couldn't find me one. So I said I can have it painted if they would be willing to help. They said okay. I had the hood painted at a reasonable cost and called back several times before finally getting someone to tell me they weren't going to help me out. They didn't even ask how much or offer any assistance. I don't care what size operation you have, big or small, this was terrible business. I don't even like posting negative reviews but when a business doesn't operate on basic principles I feel I should let others know. I would beware before ordering from them.

Terrible communication. I called for a part and was told it was on site and fit my description. I called a second time to confirm before we traveled two hours to pick it up and when my husband arrived, it was no such part available. We were not happy. Waste of time and gas!

I bought a motor from Robert hall auto salvage . Total rip off. I do not recommend .Buying anything there.Paid 750.00 for a motor ended up spending another 2000.00 motor does not run. He lies says motor was running total lie.He fired the guy buck after all of this, I will take him to court . Thanks for honoring your word of business Robert, your a swell guy.

The man here is a crook. Please save yourself. He stole seatbelts and batteries out of my car under his care. He charged me to get my car, knowing it was under this condition. He doesn’t care things are missing. He is NOT a good businessman. He also said “it was vandalized, and a lot of thefts happen.” And he also said “no one can get into the shop once the doors are locked.” DONT GO HERE!! i will provide pictures and videos. I have evidence. Don’t go. He even tried to sell my car. Look in the pictures.

Robert Halls Auto Salvage is a great place to get parts. They sent me the computer I found they had listed on Ebay. It even showed up a day early. They are miles away from me here in Idaho but the parts they sell are better priced is why I ordered it from them. I will be doing more business with them in the future for sure.

Called them gave us a price, they had quite a selection on parts for any automobile. Purchased a motor for a Camary, going on 7 months we been driving car with motor. I have been recommending them to anyone looking for auto parts.
