I have dealt with this place quite a few times. This is the third time ive ordered parts through them and they sent them across the state to theyre place in Waterford. Once I can understand maybe even twice. Not three times. Especially the last two time within two weeks of each other. The incompetence is unacceptable. Their mistakes make me look bad when I give a customer a time frame....and now my clients employee has no vehicle to drive returning from vacation....I ordered my parts well in advanced of needing them and I still dont have them. From here on out I will be avoiding schram like the plague

Jess was awesome! Super friendly!! I got my part purchased fast and easy. Confirmed pick up date and directions. Sent me the link to even pay for it. He said he was a little new to the sales side, but he did not miss a beat. Felt like he had been doing it forever. Better keep this guy around!
