worst experience ever .I purchased a transmission from Schram for $2,940.00 turned out to be a bad transmission. they said they would do a return so i had dealership pull the transmission and returned it to Schram and all they would do is give me the core charge of $250.00 on the same transmission they sold for $2,940.00 .Never do business with Schram unless you are willing to learn a $2,940.00 lesson.

Everyone was super helpful. The radio I got for my 2012 focus was broken, and they returned it no problem. I will be back again.

The crew in Mason, mi. was very helpful but the lady who took my original call should have asked me which location I needed the part at so I drove to Mason to find the part was on the counter at some other location and had to drive back the next day 25 minutes each way × 4 at today's gas prices ...not helpful

I was really impressed with how quickly I was able to get my part. The men even carried the pieces to my car. The cashier was extremely friendly.
