This rating needs to be much higher because I don’t think I’ve ever found a company that can compare in their customer service their compassion to helping others question are customers able to track there orders on delivery day and times

I have dealt with this place quite a few times. This is the third time ive ordered parts through them and they sent them across the state to theyre place in Waterford. Once I can understand maybe even twice. Not three times. Especially the last two time within two weeks of each other. The incompetence is unacceptable. Their mistakes make me look bad when I give a customer a time frame....and now my clients employee has no vehicle to drive returning from vacation....I ordered my parts well in advanced of needing them and I still dont have them. From here on out I will be avoiding schram like the plague also how the hell are they gonna charge $180 for a USED CONTROL WHEN A BRAND NEW ONE WITH BALL JOINT AT O'REILLY IS ONLY $110
