    You can't go inside to get your parts. You have to text or call with your invoice number and parking spot and they will bring it out to you. At first, I thought this is nice but, I text them and 15 minutes later, nothing. I had to call and then they came within 5 minutes. Would not recommend texting them. The guy who brought out my part was very nice and professional.

    Update to add! They put the damaged bed back up as not damaged! Don't get ripped off. After months of looking for a bed for my husband's truck, we finally found one here. So we hurried and sold the flatbed on his truck and bought the one from Shaws and were super excited! Fast forward over a week later they call to say it is ready. My father in law drives from Blackfoot to Pocatello with a trailer to pick it up for us. After they put it on the trailer he noticed something wasn't right, so he called my husband and sent pictures of the damage. They didn't remove all the bolts before they tried to lift it off the truck with a fork lift and destroyed the bed. Then preceded to try to get away with it, hoping my father in law wouldn't notice when they loaded it. And on top of ALL of this now that we have sold the flat bed that was on our truck we CAN NOT drive it because it has no bed which equals no lights. My husband had plans with it and we are out there a well. So not only did they waste our time and money driving there they have also put us out a vehicle that we NEED! Now we have no idea how long we will be without a truck until we find another bed. I would not in a million years recommend this place to anyone looking for parts at this point!

    Great experience ordered a seat belt. They thought they had it in stock but turned out they didn’t. So they made arrangements for another parts store to send it out to me thank you! Much appreciated

    Ordered a fender & was told that the fender would ship on a pallet later in the week. Called 1.5 weeks later, fender had not been pulled & then they call back to say that the fender is not useable after they sent pictures showing it was in decent shape.

    Absolutely awesome shop! We came here for a new spare tire, and they hooked us up really nice and fast. The last mechanic to work on our car switched an important piece to the tire mechanism without telling us, and these guys helped us fix the issue at no charge. Every staff member was super friendly and informative. 10/10 would go again

    Not much of a fan to call and say hey I'm here being my part out to me. I'd rather have face to face conversation at the counter, but guess those are the days of the past now.

    I want to give a huge shout out to Arnaldo for helping me out. Not only did he help me find an engine he also would call me to remind me about sending over paperwork. I get busy with life but I’m grateful for people like him that make sure you don’t fall behind. I highly recommend buying all your auto parts through Shaw Auto Parts.

    I'm torn. Trying to sell them my totalled car was kind of difficult and a bit frustrating, but they offered me the best deal on my car and they are the ones I eventually sold it to. Definitely the top place I would recommend for selling a totalled vehicle in Pocatello, especially if you're like me and had under 100,000 miles on your car. They know what the engine and transmission and other parts are worth. Yeah, I could've sold my parts for WAY more than they offered me if I had had the time and setup to pull the parts. But I didn't, so this was definitely a good deal for me. They offered me literally over 10 times more money than some other companies I talked to. The frustrating part is that you have to email them in order to offer to sell something. But this is because their buyer lives in Utah, so it makes perfect sense. He is pretty quick about getting back to you, and he set up the tow and everything for me. All I had to do afterward was go into the main building to sign the new ownership and pick up my check. But going into their main building is frustrating. In the front room, all the employees take calls, so they sit on the phone and don't make it a priority to help you out. My first time there I was asking if I could speak to someone about selling my car when they confirmed that I did have to email. The lady who spoke to me said something like, "But the car has to be in your name in order for you to sell it to us. You do know that, right?" as if I looked too young to own a car or something (I'm 25). The next time I came by to sign over my car and get my check, I had to stand around for a good 10 or 15 min. A few employees finished calls and didn't ask me if I needed help, but instead kept taking new calls. Finally the same lady told me I was in the wrong room for what I was trying to do. You have to go back behind their desks and down a few hallways to get to the right place to sell your car. The lady I spoke with in the back when I signed over my car was AWESOME. I just wish the people up front where you enter the business were a little more friendly and helpful. A little more emphasis on customer service here could go a long way (and this is coming from someone who works as a customer service agent for a call center).

    I'm very happy with the used tires I bought today. Unfortunately they didn't have my exact size so I went up to 65 but the price I paid for 4 tires in this good of shape made up for that. Thanks Shaw's!

    Looked up the part online. I used the live chat and got no response. Waited a couple of days. Still no response. I ordered it online it said local pick up only. Drove 126 miles the next day to get it and was told they couldn’t find any record of it. I showed them the transaction receipt and finally was told it was processed but I had to come back in 3 days. I used to buy regularly from these guys. NEVER AGAIN! Wasted my time and double trips that added up to 500 miles. What a joke!

    Terrible customer service and ordering...i gave them an exact part number, stock number, and what year and make the part comes off the vehicle and they said they'd have it shipped 2 to 3 business days...here we are 2 weeks later and they never pulled the part off the vehicle but yet still have my money...absolutely distasteful

    The Staff at Shaw Auto parts is AMAZING, they always go out of their way to make sure our orders are filled in a timely manner and if there are any issues with parts, the situation is quickly taken care of! I can't say enough about the service they provide for us in the Auto Collision Industry!

    Very middle of the road. Prices are crazy high compared to other salvage yards. You can't pull your own parts and they have a $50 minimum order. So if you were hoping to go get a good deal on something small this is not the place to go. However, if you can't find a part sometimes they have it. Even if they charge way too much. At least you'll get it. And sometimes there is a huge wait. This is always the last place in town I'll try.

    Ordered a part. They said that they had it on the shelf. I paid for the part. Went to pick it up. Called for curbside pickup. Waited for 45 mins. Called them back after 45 mins and they said they lost my part and wanted to charge me an additional shipping fee to Have another one shipped in. What a waste of time. Pathetic.

    Stopped in driving from Boise to Salt Lake. They had the part listed I needed for my Jeep. When I went in to get the part was told that the part I needed had not been pulled and that customers can not go in the yard to pull the part themselves. It would not be able to be pulled until the next day. I told them I was only driving through town and wouldn’t be in town tomorrow. The response I got was sorry. I also asked if there was a fee I could pay to have the part expedited for pulling same day. I was told that the owner doesn’t want that being done.

    The customer service isn't good and they don't know what parts they have at their shop if your planning on calling in they will just run it through their search engine on their website which is far to specific if you are looking for just about any part because it even rules out all other years of the same model as your car so you have to search year by year.

    Arnold helped me to source a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Windshield frame. To ensure that I’m not getting a rusted frame (common Jeep problem), he explained the process of pulling the part, inspecting with photos, and if it’s rusted out, I do not have to accept the part. Great service! Thanks.

    WOW...sorry we didn't know you really wanted it......then oh our guy didn't get around to pulling your part today....no there's nothing we can do...not even a sorry we promised you the part today, and it may be tomorrow if he gets around to it... just a do you want us to cancel your order....heaven forbid you'd hire some more help if your a day and a half behind...or maybe work late or through a lunch....I just don't get it....not how I do business....I guess they're just too busy to care about the customer....
