Was stranded while camping out of cell phone range and our ride was late because of it. Once picked up, however, we (wife and dog) were treated with empathy and kindness. Our driver, Neil, was capable and confident as well. We had laughter and great conversation en route to a transmission shop. Neil even insisted on handling our luggage once we were ready to roll and once we arrived. Total gentleman. Neil knew the location and area of our destination and even had thoughtful recommendations about it. Though repairs were extensive- and we were stranded without our camper van for over a week- we remember the professionalism, service and courtesy from Neil and Smitty's Towing.

The dispatch was extremely helpful she got Robert out there right away and he was so patient and kind he even let my son watch him fix the tire. In light of the stressful situation, the guy who changed tire my entire made my entire day. He was so kind, friendly, and he kept cracking jokes while he was working on my car which put me at ease. He also worked very quickly, and was done in less than 15 minutes! Could not have had a better experience.

Our car hit a deer in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere! This towing service was so helpful! No auto services open so he helped us find a reasonable hotel for us and the totalled car to spend the night until all businesses opened the next morning!!! They were very late, violating promised pickup times repeatedly, but eventually provided the requested tow late in the day. They also failed to talk to the receiving party when they promised in the morning.Smitty's also has a disfunctional relationship with AAA. The two organizations observe different rules about who can commit whom, and the customer loses! Get your acts together, and keep your customers informed!

The technician was professional. Towed my car pretty quick once he arrived however it did take them like 4 hours to arrive from my initial call. I’m not sure if they were just real busy or it might of been AAA that caused the delay. Service: Local hauling

Lexus was having issues starting so I called AAA. Kyle, from Smitty’s Towing, pulled up and immediately tried to help me revive the vehicle. My first impression of Kyle was unbelievably pleasant — you don’t run into people like Kyle very much. Don’t get me wrong, most of my encounters with people is pleasant and that’s because most people are actually really good humans. But my encounter with Kyle was just on a different level. He did not want to give up on my car and attempted every trick to get it running. It’s very obvious he enjoys helping people in the community. Smitty’s is lucky to have him on their team!
