They've always taken care of my gray market Kubota. Sometimes a little backed up on work & have to wait a little extra time, but worth it. No problems with my experiences, not sure what happened with the guys leaving bad reviews. I've been using Southern Global for about 7 years now without issue. Always had friendly service from the ladies in the office area, and satisfactory work from the guys in the back. Thanks Willie!

I’m very disappointed in the services from global tractor. I purchased a transmission for a YM165d. I was told it was 4-wheel drive however when it arrived it was 2-wheel drive $800.Willey said, send it back along with my transmission and he will rebuilt it and make this right. Six months later he did. I was very grateful. I put the tractor back together and within 2 weeks it’s leaking hydraulic oil. Willey says send it back, I split the tractor again pay shipping ( I live in California) and six months later still waiting. I call, willey is not in, call again not in. There is not enough space here to continue with how many times I called and left messages. I was told it was finished, willey is plowing his fields, he is in the hospital, a part is on order until I said I’m filing legal action. Then I was told I need to be nice and that’s how I can get things done. 13 months later from the original purchase I got my transmission back. I put the tractor back together and it leaks.I call willey and ask for a refund. He wants me to send the tractor along with the transmission and said he would make arrangements. I asked him to refund half the money and he agreed. In the meantime I sale the tractor or should say gave it away with an agreement from Willey that he will refund half the money. Still no refund. It is very frustrating when a man gives you his word and doesn’t follow through.I called one last time spoke with Anna, she said talk to Willey. I asked if she was part owner of the business and was told it’s none of my business. It’s an $800 experience. If you’re in any kind of hurry this is not the place. If you want a refund? Well good luck.I know this is a along read, but it’s all wrapped up experiences of two years.

I can't thank Southern Globe enough!! I have never seen so many Yanmar, kobota and etc. Tractors in the south before, that's because there all in Wiggins Mississippi!I purchased a hydrologic front in loader pump a few weeks ago and was pleased. Chia told me they had a very nice selection of Yanmar parts and said on my next trip to Mobile to drop by. Well I did and it was Bingo Time. Willie was very helpful in finding a roll bar, was well as a grill and headlights. Didn't take anytime removing the parts. He and his mechanic each know their jobs. Willie impressed me, I believe he could make a few hybrids tractors if he wanted to😁 Again thanks to all your employees and family.I was very impressed with your inventory with parts in stock. Now my wife might drive my tractor as soon as I install the roll bar. Lou and Karen Bordelon

Big Willie has been a great source of new and used hard to get parts. The ship fast and work hard to take care of customers. We have spent thousands of dollars with SG. If we have an issue that we haven't seen before Willie often knows the fix, or at least has tge respurces to find us an answer. Ignore the bad reviews. These guys are legit!

I take pride in my machinery and the work I do. The whole Yanmar supply chain evidently doesn't. First time I've ever warned fellow customers on the web, but I was totally unprepared for the complacency of the Yanmar aftermarket system.I Purchased a used 1980ish Yanmar tractor last Fall and of course the cooling system went out after the first use this Spring. (Found out after the fact that many Yanmar Tractors are shipped to Vietnam from Japan, refurbished with a coat of paint (in my case over all the hoses and parts) and then shipped to the US. I was leaving the country in two weeks and ordered a new radiator from Southern Global. The radiator arrived but looked like the manufacturer had packed the unit in styrofoam before the paint was dry - styrofoam melded into the paint all accross the top and the bottom of the radiator. I tried to work it out with them and my deadline by asking if I installed it would they take a return if the unit had been damaged by the packing job and it didn't clear up with the heat of the radiator. The parts man and owner said he wouldn't because he couldn't "resell a used part". (Hmmm... wonder if MY part had already been returned once...) He offered, "If it is a problem you can always just sand it off and spray paint it." I don't think I've ever been asked to buy a "NEW" part and then have to resand and respray paint it! No offer of a discount. No concern about my situation brought about by their manufacturer, supplier, and laziness to check a part before they shipped it. Just an offer for me to send it back. Later in the conversation he said he had never had a customer who was so "picky". So, I sent the part back ended up paying a neighbor $300 to mow my yard and field.Enter Hoye Tractor. Friendly enough service. Part arrived in good time, well except for that extra, lightbulb part they didn't have that is probably still for sale on their website. I paid extra to rush it so the job wouldn't be held up. I didn't find out it wasn't coming except by tracking the order. Oh, I got the price of the part refunded, but not the extra handling and postage it took to rush the extra non-existent part to me!I realized when the radiator arrived the two companies must have the same Chinese supplier. Radiator again has styrofoam stuck into the paint. Ditto the last conversation. "No one" had ever complained before. Besides, they were in a tough spot, they have complained to their supplier but since supplies were limited, they just had to bite the bullet and accept the situation. That seemed a little complacent. (And... hmmm, THEY had complained but not one other customer had complained?!?) "Besides", he asks, "It works doesn't it?" (Now that's a buyer beware flag!) So, I asked to speak to someone further up in the company. As I attemped to challenge the previous parts guy's logic if not this new representative's heart, "Do you drive a tractor or a car?" "Yes", he answered. "Would you buy a NEW part for full price for your car or tractor that you are fixing up and that you had to resand and repaint and put it on your car or tractor?" I asked hoping to get him to see my side of the story. "Yes, I would and I have!"He wasn't honest enough to admit the obvious. The problem is no company in the Yanmar chain PAYS FOR THE SITUATION - CUSTOMERS WHO TRUST a YANMAR PARTS COMPANY PAY FOR IT! With Yanmar there is no aftermarket industry, it's probably one plant in China. Bottom line - the Yanmar customer still pays full price for a crappy looking radiator or goes without. If you are thinking of buying one of those cute little Yanmar Tractors, DON'T. The obvious question is, if they are willing to sell something that looks so bad on the outside, how much effort, time, and quality do you think is on the inside we can't see? Vietnam, China, Texas, Mississippi; doesn't matter where you're from, A COAT OF PAINT WILL NOT COVER A LACK OF INTEGRITY.

Valve Stem Seal - VS-PB100..... I purchased 8 pcs. new from Southern Global Tractor Parts. Total cost was $87.62 (included shipping & handling).Per Southern Global, these seals are supposed to fit a Satoh S650G tractor, but did not fit mine.Southern Global Tractor Parts can't/won't replace these parts with seals that fit my tractor, nor would they offer a refund. (I eventually purchased the correct parts from another vendor).
