    This has got to be the worst part yard I have ever been to. VERY OVERPRICED! I got a quote on the phone for $50 for a front bumper, we took the time to take it off, then they rang me up for $150. Thank God I left and went to Joliet UPull Part because I got the front bumper, 2 grills, and the fog lights, for $90! Southwest Auto would have charged me at least $250 for all of that. If only the salesman’s pride didn’t get In the way of a sale - he refused to negotiate even after showing him that the parts BRAND NEW online were cheaper then they wanted to sell them to me for. ALSO the yard is messy and unorganized.

    I recommend everyone go to Joliet you pull on Washington st. They are Very unprofessional here at southwest and treat you rude. Also the Hispanic Vick that works at front desk has no type of customer service.

    If I could give zero stars I would!! I called this place of business at 11pm this afternoon and asked about a caliber for my vehicle the older gentleman with glasses says okay over the phone. So I went up to the business at 12pm I walk in n they didn’t pull any parts of the vehicle. The older gentleman at the desk states to me that they won’t have it ready until 2pm I said why would it take that long my brother just took it off the other day and it didn’t take 2 hours to do it.. anyways so he told me 2pm I just called up there and the same gentleman told me no he’s not pulling the part. THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THE GUY TOLD ME TO TELL MY BROTHER TO COME TAKE IT OFF!! This business needs better employees

    They shipped me a hard-to-find part that I had found online through their inventory system. Communication was excellent and I received the part within a week. Great to deal with.

    I needed a quarter panel for my car and these guys went above and beyond making sure I knew what I was getting (I'm an hour away). Pricing wasnt bad at all either. The piece was removed perfectly and the guys in the yard even helped load. Everyone is very polite and professional.

    I spoke with Trisha (sp?) to try to find a bracket that I couldn’t find at any dealership or parts store in the country… I couldn’t even find it on eBay. She was so pleasant to deal with and was able to ship me the part and everything. Super fast turnaround!! Great customer service! Great price!

    Went there for a very simple part called first was told he had two engines back there and that the part would be $20 drove 40 miles each way I am disabled and the jerk made me walk through his yard which is not marked twice to find out that he sold the part I needed. He does not know is inventory because he’s too lazy or stupid I’m not sure which to check your bag to see if you have any parts in it, so therefore, he does not know his inventory at all. I truly hope that someday you’re in my position and somebody does to you what you did to me you made me walk through your yard twice with no markings after I explain to you several times that I have a hard time walking, due to a heart and seek conditions I hope this keeps people from your business. You are a terrible company to do business with quit being so lazy no your inventory first rule of business. I challenge you to contradict me what you want because you know everything I said is true and right

    Had 3 sentras insead of being told two. Decent parts and price John was professional, helpful, courteous! Needs organization in the yard out with the useless in with more decent parts. Have some form of isle and row labeling would be useful if your handicapped....have someone else look for you. The yard isn't for the faint of heart or kids! Only trained pros! Thank you for your time.

    The gentleman that helped me did not have what I needed in stock. He did a computer check and found what I needed in Indiana. He was very helpful but due to the quoted price coming from Indiana I declined to order the part and go another route. He did try to help as best he could and I do appreciate what he did but for me it was cost prohibited.

    The Hispanic/Latino man working there is very rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Especially if you are a women. Told me I would not get a refund for a part in its original form (and returned within 10 days according to the receipt.) He would laugh as he spoke to me. The owner was more understanding. We agreed on a partial refund because of course he needed to pay his workers.

    Nice place with a big area with plenty of parts off various cars, you'll likely spot out what you're looking for here. Staff for the most part is accommodating and helpful, particularly Victor was awesome. Prices here are also at an acceptable rate. Only thing is, especially during your first time here, it's easy to get lost and make your way back to the entrance, and you'll feel so filthy once you leave here. Would recommend overall if you're looking for a specific part though!

    They have no type of customer service and they over charge, thinking that is going to scare me away. Even after I told I still want the part, they actually roll there eyes and made a big deal not to get the part. I don't care there is only 15-20 minutes left before punching out. Your still on the clock, do your job! I'm glad it didn't get the part and give them my money. That's my 1st time there and the last, I will never go there again.

    Never called back, promissed remove part next day and never did. When called they said they are short on staff. Short on staff always, probably dont want to pay anything.

    Want to thank Jessie and Katie for helping my daughter last night in that horrific storm. They provided warmth and safety for 3 young lady’s trying to make back to school . They came upon them stranded on highway 150 and offered to take them back to Bloomington free of charge! I will be forever grateful for what the two of you did for them!!

    Every time I ask for a price it's about 30% higher than all the other junk yards in town and they can actually care less. That is a great business attitude for used parts

    We agreed on price over the phone and they charge more on my card, when I ask why, they said they never agreed lower price. It’s not about $10 it’s about stick with your words and do honest business. Very shady business.
