    Thanks frank and all the amazing employees at Spiveys. I purchased a motor from you and fell on financial hardship before I was even able to pick the motor up. I asked for a refund. They gladly assisted me with my refund. So after paying $1,400 plus for an engine and getting my money back for the engine I was granted a whopping $900 back. They kept over $500 for re-stocking fees(the motor never left the rack) and they also taxed me on the engine before refunding my money. Thank you so much for the amazing experience

    Very disrespectful at the front guy name tony I believe called me over ask can i help u then would repeatedly say one moment an walk in an out of office stood there for 30 minutes before he decided to ask what i need again all i needed was a simple starter but shouldn’t take 30 minutes makes it worse he says he has part sends someone back to get it then say they cant find it then I believe his name was frank helped the poor disrespectful employee by getting the starter an i was on my way but i was there for 1 hr but took another employee to get it shame should of went to budget better service.

    I run an automotive shop and we received a bad engine from spivey’s for a Kia soul. Buyer beware: if they sell you a bad motor they want you to bring the car up for their “mechanics” to check it before offering a refund. If you have to tow it, that’s at your own expense. We returned the motor after having to do the job a second time and they put the bad engine back in inventory. The owner himself stated that there is nothing wrong with it having never looked at it. My technician showed their staff the video we took of the engine knocking and oil in the coolant and we were still told it was not a bad motor. Now, why would a shop spend the time putting an engine in for a customer of ours just to have to do the job all over again? Attached is a picture of the oil in coolant of our “good” motor.

    There great a little raises but, now they have a spanish speaking person and the more chill with spanish customer so that's good, but overall there good with what they sell

    This was a great experience. We needed a transmission for our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. He answered his phone at 5:00 pm as they were closing and Frank was very friendly!! I called the next morning to confirm that we were coming for the transmission!! Not only are they friendly, they are very professional!!! They wanted the Vin # to the van to ensure we were purchasing the correct transmission!!! We also got a 6 month warranty with the transmission!! We have a place for any future parts we may need!!! I highly recommend them!!

    This is the best tire shop in town!!! They were so helpful to me and my dad with getting what we needed. I went to 3 different cities and they were the only ones who had my tire in stock. High quality service and the one who is over it all is a BOSS LADY and know her stuff!!! Thank you so much from me and my dad.

    Effort made here in organization and cleanliness in sales room beyond most junk yards. They buy wrecks but not junk cars and the engine we bought was clean, had been tested and a 6 month warranty with water pump and timing kit replacement. Initially i gave five stars now, the engine doesn't perform well and to far away to attempt the warranty

    Not sure what Nino,the previous reviewer is talking about. I am Mark the old man Nino is referring to. It is true I was injured in an accident. I am currently rehabbing in assisted living. However Donna has done nothing but help me since the day of the accident and every day since up to Today. She has gone above and beyond anything anyone could do. I was working there at the time Nino was dismissed. This is simply a bad case of sour grapes. I have continued to work as off site technicial support and consultant to sales staff. I will continue assisting in every way I can just as The Spiveys have been there for me

    Zero stars if I could. I was on vacation about an hour away from their facility, called them to see if they had an airbag I was looking for and they confirmed that they did, and was told to come pay for it and they would take it off.(pretty typical) Drove an hour to get there to purchase the air bag and was told that it was a 150 degrees out there and they would not send any one to go and take off the air bag that would have taken 5 minutes tops. Are you kidding me then shut it down on hot days and cold days and don't have people waste an hour one way to come to get a part from a salvage yard. What a joke I've been in car business for over 20 years in Texas which is much hotter than Florida and have never heard that before. Don't waste peoples time if you are choosing to not remove parts. What a disappointment. Don't waste your time here!!

    Would give it a zero if I could, my transmission went out they said I had warranty so I brought it in and they said it was mess up because it was bulldog and heavy rims. They even asked me to come bring transmission fluid and they didn’t even put it in the truck or test drive it, so why are y’all wasting my time and gas ? Don’t recommend coming here.

    Bought a Transmission for my 2001 Toyota Tundra v6 and installed I looked at reviews about this place before I bought this Transmission and saw mostly bad but since I needed this part and Spiveys was the only one with the transmission I took a chance. I have not had one single problem with the transmission and did everything they asked me to do on the install. The papers clearly say the parts must be installed by a licensed mechanic and you must bring the truck for inspection by Spiveys now I installed myself so I have bigger tires and that's also on the paper work that voids warranty but point is I saw all these bad reviews and had nothing but good come from this place and know whats to come if the part goes bad . Core is also 10 days from date of receipt. I'm guess some don't read 😕 what they are getting into before they buy 🤷 but my experience was very good and I will go back for my parts to Spiveys. Thank you Spiveys for the transmission it's still going strong 💪

    First off the lady in the office is beyond rude, very nasty attitude!!!!!! I was speaking with the gentleman and she cut him off and started getting really snobby with me, very unprofessional and don’t recommend this place to anyone. Good business comes with good customer service and she completely ruins this whole business. Plus there warranty on things is trash and they just don’t want to warranty anything! FYI lady just because you have money don’t make you any better!

    My shop dealt with Mark as we were trying to locate a mirror for one of our customers. Mark had the mirror and shipped it to us quickly, enabling us to take care of our customer who was leaving town. Fast, friendly, and professional, the entire process was as easy as I've experienced. We will be using Spivey's again when the need arises!

    I went to Spiveys Auto Salvage after visiting three other places. The service was prompt, accommodating and efficient. Spiveys’ had exactly what I was looking for, which was a high quality part at an affordable price. The part fit perfectly in the car and works extremely well. I definitely recommend this business. The mechanic that pulled the part found one in even better condition and offered that part versus the one i chose.The process was simple, easy to follow and the mechanics pull the part for you, so no need to bring tools. The business has been in operation since 1953 and the owner is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I recommend this business if you need a used part and don't want to spend the exorbitant amount that dealerships charge.

    They were friendly but did not make sure the part I was getting actually fit my car. When we went to install it we realized it was for a automatic not a manual. Not worth the trouble to go back so we made it fit. I prefer a good old fashioned pick a part versus Spivey.

    Tried to return a core after 10 days and was told it is their policy that is not allowed. No one ever told me this until after the 10 day period when I tried to return the core. Zero explanation, help, or compromise. No receipt was emailed or given to me and I had paid to have the engine delivered directly to the mechanic shop. Even after explaining this, and Spivey auto salvage acknowledging this, they still denied the core reimbursement. Edit: Spiveys response still shows they did not even read my initial review. The engine was delivered directly to the mechanic, therefore I did not see the receipt, no receipt was ever given to me over the email dialogue, and I was told I could return the core at a later time with zero disclaimer. I did not step foot in the shop since the order was made over the phone. I did not utilize their website since the order was made over the phone. Please take to time to atleast read the review before making a response. I have also called in previously and was transfered twice with mocking responses stating they would not take the engine since the 10 day period had lapsed even after explaining that I was never told or given a receipt. Was only told I could return the core and never told that there was a time limit. Even after explaining this several times there was zero compromise.

    As a shop owner I deal with salvage yards on a regular basis. In this industry we all know there are instances where parts are not usable and therefore returned. I have never had an issue with any other yard I deal with. I ordered a door from them and they sent me a picture of the outside of the door with some damage. I ordered it and when it got here it was in way worse condition than the picture showed. The inside of the door was beat up and the glass was missing 2 bolts and had been glued in. The driver called the owner and negotiated a discount and I told the driver that I didn't even know if the customer would accept the door or not. The driver said if not we will pick it up and refund. The customer declined the door and when we called to return the door the rudeness that we received from the owner Mark was totally astonishing. He at first said he would pick it up when he had a truck in the area. When I called him 2 weeks later and tried to get him to send a part that was 25.00 cheaper to me and told him he could just keep the extra 25.00 for the hassle of the situation I was told he was not ever going to come to my shop again and he would not be picking the door up. After buying many items from them over the years and sending countless people in there to buy parts he wants to be like this over a 75.00 door.

    Very professional! Called in ahead of time to make sure they had the product I was looking for. Drove all the way there, walked inside (clean place btw) asked if they still had it available, less than a minute later a guy hands me the product I have asked about, great price and super fast service. Highly recommend 👍🏼

    I've had nothing but good things to say about Spivey's up until now... After purchasing a tire a little over a month ago I am now dealing with a separated sidewall and to top it all off, the owner is now refusing to make it right... It's safe to say I won't be purchasing any more tires from them.

    They wouldn't sell me a center console because I didn't have shoes on I had on sandals. You would think that someone who works there would bring the part to me or take a picture of it but those weren't options. Instead I was told to come back when I had shoes on.I called in advance to make sure they had the part and was not told that I needed shoes. Customer service here is non-existent. Terrible way to run a business. It didn't make me mad that I couldn't go in with sandals on but that not one of you offered to get it to show it to me. Like I said non-existent customer service.

    Purchased a used compressor which was supposedly tested. ASE certified installation resulted in no suction on low side. Compressor no good. Would not honor return or even credit because of an irrelevant factor which has nothing to do with the compressor failing or not. Do not do business with Spivey unless you want to get burned. It’s not the measly $45 but the principle. The compressor was no good. Period. Not because of incorrect application!!!
