    5 star!! Thanks to Stepps auto team for being honest selling me a running motor out of a 2019 challenger, ran and drove excellent before selling car, thanks again! Very polite and honest/friendly. Anyone that has had a negative review about their experience is probably because they weren’t communicative or rude to the employees.

    They are always my first call, even if they dont have it they tell me my local companies who do. Few months ago I made my first phone call to them about a first generation Tacoma bed not many people had one in the gold color I really wanted. The price and condition were to good to pass up. They made the transaction so easy and even loaded the bed on my trailer the next day! Make sure to call them for any of your parts!

    Great family run buisness. Lots of parts knowledge. They even had some hard to find Lincoln LS parts. Highly recommend them.

    After watching how these guys drive, I am not sure I would entrust them with my vehicle. Drivers are unprofessional and rude at best, but also show signs of dangerous driving. Do research before asking this company to recover your vehicle.

    They deserve 0 stars. I lost my husband in accident. These were the unsympathetic people to deal with. Not once did I hear I'm sorry for your loss. After losing my husband in the car I brought someone to get stuff out of the car. But they proceeded to bring the car out so I had to see how bad it was and see his blood. This company really needs to teach compassion and empathy.

    They were fair and good quality parts and when they know i drove 2hr to get the part they didn’t make me wait they worked fast and get me the part thanks guys

    It’s about used parts they sale They have the rudest lady can answer the phone plus the manager are worse than her instead of helping to sale and cover what was going on he just made worse and try to argue or explain ⚠️‼️ This is a head up for the owner due to that he doesn’t know about it ! Otherwise it will be a different story! People are there to create issues not to solve problems! And they don’t want to sale and make money for the owner!! Get a different team and you will make much more than you do now!

    This is probably the rudest and nastiest people i or my husband have ever felt with in buying auto parts. Should have known when it was a hassle to get them to send me an email for my credit card information, the lady was mean n nasty n just didn't want to do it and when i kept calling to inform i didn't get the email it became a problem and you could tell the lady that worked there had an attitude and it was an inconvenience for her to send the email. After paying in advance and wait for this company to pull a transmission going to pick it up drove over an hour to get there and instead of giving my husband the transmission they said they where not going to give us the transmission and gave us a refund. Horrible people with horrible attitudes who dont run a good business. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS EVER!!!!!

    Bought a untested Chevy Cruze engine. They were transparent about the motor being untested but they performed a leak down test and all 4 cylinders showed less than 10 percent leakage. Nearly a month later it's still running. Time to sell it.

    Worst place on the planet BUYER BEWARE, sold me a tested transmission that was inoperable upon profession installation from a reputable transmission shop. Had terrible customer service from both Hannah and her direct supervisor Jeremy, both were very unprofessional, Jeremy even dropped the f bomb on a recorded line. I am out $530 plus gas both ways and $800 for install of failed part. Now im forced to go to litigation because they are unreasonable and have done this to several others according to google review and the better business bureau

    This is by far the worst salvage yard I have ever dealt with. I’m an ASE certified master technician who has dealt with hundreds of salvage yards over the years. And this is the worst of all time. As you can tell by the countless other reviews on here STAY FAR AWAY!! I promise you will not have a good experience. They lie they are rude and worst of all never admit fault. If that sounds like a place you want to buy used auto parts from go for it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

    one of the best experiences since i moved to Florida!! Skylar was super sweet and had my powered mirror within minutes, they were super easy to work with and honestly what’s not to love about a super cuddly cat?

    This place is the worst people and ownership you can try to deal with.. they very rude aggressive never blame there self they always right they give you everything wrong they may make fun of you.. it happens to me when I order a part I was trying to get it same day since I’m there hr early before they close at 5pm Friday they ignored me after I paid they asked me to come Monday when they call me they make did two trips on purposed they lazy and racist ..

    Extremely Rude!! Women behind the counter. Tried to explain the trailer that they are selling needs parts that are broken. Before I could point out the items that need repair. The woman behind the counter said “Bye” have a good day. I have other people that are interested. I didn’t argue and just walked out the door. I’m not giving them any business. I do not recommend business!!! I live within 15 minutes away from this business I will let everyone in my community know not do business with this business. Also I will be giving a negative review in Facebook as well.

    Customer service was unprofessional and uncaring. Also the staff was not helpfull and unwilling to provide any type of good attitude. This was different with her coworkers which she was really nice. Having to be towed is itself an awfull experience, and I had a good attitude. This customer service only leads to frustration and anger which many people may not be able to control like I did. I hope your customer service improves so that people that are in a that situation can have a better experience at your place. Also had to travel 45 min to pick up an adjustable wrench because staff was unable to let me borrow an adjustable wrench which I am more than sure they had. I just needed it for 2 min so I could take out my plate.

    Picked up 2 doors for my 03 Tahoe. Fantastic service! The girls in the office were so nice and quick to help. The 2 guy's that loaded them for us were very careful and nice. They even offered us a moving blanket to use to keep the straps from rubbing the doors. So awesome! Will do service with them again :)

    Went to buy a used battery they told me they would call me when the used battery they had was fully charged they never called me and when I called the next day they said it’s still charging 2 days later and I’m still waiting on the call yeah right. They were rude and they acted liked they really didn’t want to help me

    Stay Away. Worst Junk Yard to deal with. Our dealership is working with many Salvage Yards in Tampa Bay area. This is the worst experience by far. Engine came with a damage. First they wanted 25% restocking fee. After we agreed to this crazy $500 charge, they never came back to pick it up. After weeks of calling them, we decided to take a 2 hour drive and deliver engine ourselves. They didn't take it, they told us we have to have original receipt. We called them after spoke to a female person and confirmed that we still can come back and deliver engine back to them 2 hour drive one way with original receipt. She confirmed its good to go. When my driver arrived, they simply cursed him out and told him its your engine you keep it. Lesson learned. Will never do business with them. You guys think twice to do business with them.

    Worst auto parts used junkyard ever two times I came to purchase parts from them drove 30 minutes away both times parts van damage, and they fight you about warrantee the parts out. If you want to save your time, money and headache, do not buy from them. If you do, you would experience my review. Just look at all the negatives reviews and you will see that all of them are the same complains.

    The female who works in the parts office was short and curt to my Mother who was picking up her deceased Husbands car. He passed away one day ago via suicide and she spoke to my Mother like she was a child. This employee needs to take a customer service class.

    Being a business owner I want my employees to make us money not cost us money. I bought a radio that wasn't correct. Our fault we ordered it wrong. Not reading their returns policy I called to return it like Amazon or Ebay. Being a small business they have a policy to charge a 25% restocking fee. I respect that. They went further and offered me a store credit for the full amount instead. Great way to keep people calling. Support small businesses.

    Here’s the deal…..there are LOTS of salvage yards around this area and I’ve dealt with LOTS of them. The first indicator of what the service will be like is wether or not they answer the phone. I gave these guys 2 stars because they answered phone and did so politely. To be fair my interaction started off very positive but quickly took a turn. The summation of my experience with them is this: stepps is more about what we(the customer) can do for them instead of it being what can they do for us. Very lackadaisical on the phone when looking up parts, unwilling to lift a finger until they get some money, and inventory on car-part is always wrong. They need to “stepp” up there service as they have the potential to be great.

    My experience was not good. Paid $700.00 for a used transmission that bangs in every gear. Before I bought it they assured me that nothing was wrong with it as they said it was checked out by their mechanic and found to be in good working condition. Which it is not. The transmission i bought is banging in every gear my transmission guy said. I'm sick over it, just a hard working man that got taken advantage of. The only recourse I have is they said I could have store credit but that they didn't have another one. Which leaves me no where. I feel sick about this and wish no one else to go through what I'm going through. Please stay away from here as they are dishonest people and do not care about you and your problems. Im sure you can find a better place for your needs. Stay away at all cost. By a hardworking honest guy. God bless.
