Called and spoke to Steve (owner) who scheduled a time to come and pick up the my vehicle for recycling and I provided the address via text as he suggested. I waited and waited then finally decided to call to see if someone was still coming to pick up the vehicle. I had heard about a place in Columbus that is more reliable. Stuff like this is why no one wants to do business with anyone in Springfield so unprofessional. Very inconsiderate of people and their time.

I called, just searching for a wheel for my car. The guy that answered the phone said in a short and abrupt manner that “we don’t carry wheel” then hung up. It was extremely rude I would recommend finding somewhere else to spend your $$
