Crooks, got towed and waited from 10:25am to 1:30pm for someone to answer the phone to get a car out of lot. Charged $260 with an late night fee of $50. As if we wanted to get towed at that time. Once guy got here to let us get the car, told us he was gonna make us wait longer for rushing him. Actually ashamed of the lofts for letting a company like this profit off their residents!!

Grossly overcharged for a tow. Charged $590.00 to pull a car onto the road and tow it . Then charged a storage fee for the vehicle sitting on their lot on a Sunday, before towing the car to a shop for repair on a Monday. Will never use this towing service again. Service: Car towing

They were very quick to respond. I had a leak in my break line and could not drive the vehicle so it had to be towed. Driver was great...told me that they do repairs as well. My hat is off to the roadside and wrecker crew that came out to me on the top of 68. The drivers put there lives on the line daily to help out stranded drivers, please remember that the next time you pass a disabled vehicle on the side of the road and you choose not to move over. Response time was quick and they were very professional.

I had an emergency while out of town in an unfamiliar area and needed a tow to a place an hour away on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. The weather was warm and I had my dog with me. I called Summer (the 4th place I tried!) and the woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and patient, as I'd never had a tow before, didn't know quite where I was or how far I needed to go, and had my dog. She said the truck would be there in an hour; it arrived in 50 minutes.Tyler was extremely professional and kind. He called to confirm my location and updated his eta. He sorted out my car, was GREAT with my dog, and very reassuring throughout the whole process. Paperwork at the end was a breeze. I'm so thankful I found this company. I had a flat tire on the highway at 8am. I was on my way to class so I was in a hurry. They answered my call right then, came to get my car within 30 mins and towed my car to granville auto center at walmart. Great service and very polite! Made it to class and had no issues!
