Transwest saves the day!! My experience with this company could not have been better i found an exact match color, interior, exterior side molding for the door i needed on my truck but the listing said pick up only and considering i live in florida and there located in utah pick up didn't seem like an option but after calling emailing sam he was able to ship the door out to me at a very good rate and as a complete assembly with the panel so a plug and play installation, he was very friendly and informative through out the process, delivery took exactly a week from placing the order to arriving at the door of my shop as i just received the door will add more pictures when i get it home and get it unwrapped.. if i ever need anything for my vehicles again i will definitely start my search here.. absolutely an awesome all around experience.. highly recomended..

I had a very negative experience. I started by calling and inquiring about a part on the website. They gave me a quote and I told them I'd come down and look at it to see what shape it is in. I get there and the lady was ready with the paperwork. Then everything fell apart. They don't allow you to look at it by yourself. You have to drive to the back with the paper work and have someone show it to you. I gave the paper to a nice young man and it took 20 minutes before someone was available. Meanwhile there were other workers working on various projects. It became very clear that the customer wasn't very important. Then, the nice young man, seeing me in distress and frustration, pulled a car up and told me he would take me. I got in the car an not seconds later I thought I was going to die of carbon monoxide poisoning. It was as if the AC was blowing exhaust in my face. We get to the vehicle and it is pulled to shred. The part wasn't there, the vehicle wasn't even recognizable. So I wasted almost 50 minutes, including writing this review, because there records weren't accurate and the service was barely existent. I would hav given it 0 stars if that were an option.

I called to check on the status of the wheel I ordered the day before. The employee (pepito? ) became impatient with me on the phone because I didn’t know the order number part number or vehicle vin. He told me there was no part ordered with the description I gave him then under his breath he called me a pendejo ! Then transferred me to a message only extention!

This place is seriously great kinda pricey but the saying goes you get what you pay for and they deliver great parts they will also show you pictures of the vehicle and videos of it running. Don is the man to go to he was super kind and understanding he helped me out the best he could on the price I bought a truck and the owner lied to me and I got a truck with a bad engine and with Christmas right around the corner money is tight already so Don came through and got me a great running engine for the best price he could he's the go to man!

I bought 2 front doors for my SUV on eBay. Sam offered to ship them out even though the description says local pick up only. I live in CA so it'd be a long road trip. And I got to know I can't load these 2 doors on my car at once after receiving the doors. So he saved me in many ways. Sam and Lisa provided an amazing customer experience. I'm so happy that I had an opportunity to interact with them. I will definitely reach out to them when I need other parts.

Purchased a fender a couple weeks in advance. I live four hours away. These guys’ were going to be a life-saver because it was the only fender in the right color I could find that was relatively close to me. I was so excited when I found it! I show up and the fender is damaged. It’s dented and has a lot of scratches. Apparently it was dropped. No call or email to notify me ahead of time to save me the 8 hours of driving for no reason. No offers to help fix the issue, and no emotions were shown about the mistake.

I drove from North Ogden to here. To purchase a rim I found on the website. Indicating they have it. Which they do. But my luck. When I got here they told me I have to wait 24 hours or more so they can take it off the vehicle. I wish they would have said that on the website. I wouldn't have driven here. Plus, They just showed me a picture of it on the computer. How do I know it's not cracked? I'm not going to wait 24 hours or more for some person to take off! I would understand if it was inside the engine. But a tire, or a rim come on! Does it take 24 hours to take it off! Sounds like a bunch of lazy people to me. They had 3 people in front of the desk. One of them could have easily walked in back and taken it off in 10 minutes. They need to change this policy. No stars! Bad service!
