    A few weeks ago I purchased a part that my mechanic determined was defective. But even purchasing the part was a big hassle. I phoned them prior to determine that the part was available. When I got there it hadn't been pulled and I had to wait over 3 hours to get it. I phoned them to inquire about a refund and they said they would. When I got to there, they noticed that a cable had been removed. But it still was returned. Based on that they determined they couldn't give me a refund. Even though the part was defective. This does not display good moral character, customer service, professionalism, or integrity, I'll never go there again.

    This place is incredible.! Joel who took care of me from the beginning till the end was so helpful. They went out of their way to meet me there on their day off to deliver me the part for my range rover. It's was such a pleasure to deal with them and Paul who was the one to meet me at their location. I highly recommend them.!

    I love this place!!! The owners and employees here are super kind and knowledgeable! They helped me many time though I’m just a girl buying used car parts and I’m clueless most of the time and I’m asking dozens of questions and yet they are patient and helpful every time. I appreciate this business greatly. Highly recommend.

    Waste of time!!! I drove an hour to get there and the part is not right one. In they want to charge me cord charge when. I ask over the phone he said nothing about that fee.

    They should be charged for wire fraud I came in on Friday to purchase a compressor once I got there the compressor they gave me appears to be rusty and old I question the integrity and functionality of the compressor I was assured the compressor is fully functional and is good to go And I have 90 days to return it No mention of a 25% restocking fee. I returned the item two days later Monday morning uninstalled untouched exactly as it was in my trunk I decided to buy a new one I was told I will have to pay 25% discretionary fee for them to restock the item I didn't question them and said if it's discretionary why am I being charged as mandatory especially being that I haven't used the part the has not been installed is exactly the same state with all the plugs as it was Friday evening when I got it. They told me I should have read defined print I said you specifically told me in assured me the part was fully functional and I have 90 days to return it why did you not mention the 25% stocking fee They said it is my job to read the fine print on the back of the receipt I said why was the receipt handed to me after the purchase why was it not given to me before the purchase so I could accept the terms prior to purchase at this point I spoke to the manager the manager said that they have to charge this 25% fee because of credit card processing and fees they charge them to return money which is false nevertheless I stated why is this information not plastered on the walls the same as all the information they have No checks cash only and all the other signs they have on the wall that there is a 25% mandatory restocking fee They said they don't make the rules they just follow them very shady business practice nickel and diamond honest good working folks on technicalities. Do not purchase from this place cuz even if they sell your defective item they will charge you to restock the defective item I paid $18 to look at an item for 2 days and bring it back to them

    Metal isn’t the only thing twisted about this place. These are the most crooked people I have ever dealt with - told me I had 90 days (as long as I brought the receipt) - I brought back the items back after because they didn’t work and they said I only have 10 days but they would take them with a 25% restocking fee and pointed to the receipt they gave me AFTER they sold me the item and took my money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

    If I could, I would leave 0 stars . I was waiting 20 min because the guys behind the cantor decided to pick up every single phone call .Then he told me I cannot pick up my part which should be ready because his guys left already -it was 4 pm ,they are open until 5 pm .He didn't even apologize when I told him I was driving 40 min to get my part. What a horrible service - stay away from this place .

    Stood in line for 20inutes with one person in front of me, while they just talked and laughed about things that had nothing to do with business. Noone came to help me or ask why i was there they had 4 guys behind the counter. Finally after all that, I get up and they say oh we can't help u.. u can clearly see I hadvsomething to sell I was carrying a big bag, and ur so rude that not ome person could say anything just wastes my time. Only one person was busy but everyone just laughing. RUDE RUDE ppl and I just got into an accident amd u lost money bevause guess what my next question would have been, needing new parts to replace the ones I have, and could have given you some vice versa. You should treat every person how you want to be treated.

    Good parts. Lazy staff. Bring someone with you to help load or unload parts. Spilled gear oil all over the carpet in my minivan using a forklift when returning old rear end for core charge. Good thing they don't service vehicles

    I got a reply from Shawn on my request for power steering parts for a old van. He had just what I needed, right year, right engine, right bracket. I'm very happy. Very easy to deal with.

    I had used this shop a few years ago. They replaced my alternator which they did a good job and reasonable priced. A year later that my car was leaking oil in front coming from the timing belt cover - it was a front cam seals. So I had them fix that the quote was higher but I didn't bother as long as it gets fixed. I didn't realized a year later my car's Crank shaft pulley was slipping (it was that squealing sound the day after they fixed the front seal - it sounded like a cricket in my engine) I thought it was just the drive belt. I have move out of town and when I took it to the local shop the mechanic told me. Whoever fixed the car (accessing the timing belts) they probably ruined the Woodard key on the crank shaft and chipped the shaft when they replaced your front seals. So if you feel something off or weird sound under your hood after they fixed it - investigate it immediately and pay close attention to your car. Your the only person knows something is wrong with your car when you drive it and feel it.

    hi all i just what to tell everyone how these guys like to play games with there pricing i called them for a 2009 ford mustang intake and i got a price for $200 plus shipping and then win i go to pay them and give them my info they jumped the price to $500 plus shipping and will not sell it to me for what they told me $200 so buyers be where if u r going to buy from them they will try to steel from u so stay away from them unless u like getting taken or stolen from DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
