Paid for a part and was told it'd take an hour to get. After a 15 minute wait was told equipment was broke and couldn't get part same day but could next day. 4 days later part still not available or I could buy a new part for double the price! So here to get refund. Wasted trip from Kentucky twice.

While searching for a driveshaft for my old BMW on Car-Part.com, I came across Vandemark’s parts. I emailed Tom and he got back to me right away. Tom and his team were able to pull and send me the driveshaft to Texas for a very fair price. With a tracking number too! He even sent me photos of the driveshaft with the car on a lift.
