    Called for a side view mirror. Sales guy was rude and arrogant. Price was competitive online at $150, but the sales guy told me that the part was actually in a yard in Georgia and would have to be transferred to the yard in NC which is 1.5 hours away from me. Price would be $150+$25 for ‘shipping’. I then asked, if I had to pay for this ‘shipping’ which is actually just a transfer, then can they just ship it directly to my house? Sales guy said it would be $35 to do that, ON TOP OF THE $25 to ‘transfer’ the part to NC. What a waste!!! So now, with all these silly extra fees and logistical charades, the price goes up 40%. I said no thanks, I’ll get it from somewhere else and hung up the phone. Note to owner - train your customer-facing agents to be better communicators.

    Probably the worse experience I ave ever had with a parts supplier. If I could, I would give them a ZERO! Ordered car part. Paid that day. Told part would arrive in 4 days. Never arrived. Then told part was shipped back to supply warehouse, but would be sent again & arrive in another 3 days. Never arrived. Then, after numerous calls, was told part was "damaged/ruined" in transit the second time it was reshipped. I was told that they did not have another similar part. I was left to hang out to dry for my customer who had waited 2 weeks for me to finish repairing their car & get the part from Weaver Parts as well as a disassembled car waiting for the part. I had to then search for another supplier & in another 2 weeks !finally got the needed part. A sorry way to do business. I will never order from Weaver Parts OR Road Tested Parts LLC again! BEWARE!

    Top notch customer service!! Our Parts consultant, was Ron. He made the searching, ordering and receiving parts, seamless and so easy. From stepping up to the desk, with not knowing where to even start, he took the time to insure we would find exactly what we were looking for. He stayed after closing hours to get all parts on order and ship out as soon as possible. Plus, upon parts getting in, he helped us carry them to the trailer. We certainly have his number saved for any future needs and is truly an asset to Weaver Parts in Monroe, NC.

    Ron was awesome to deal with. He found my part and had it shipped. He offered to hold it for me until I was able to pick it up. He also assured me that if I was not happy he would refund me my money or get it corrected. I had a great experience and I recommend these guys. Thanks again Ron!

    This review is for Ron. One of your customers worked on my car. He is Randy at Foreign Affairs. I was in a bind and needed my car back as quickly as possible. Ron, you were able to secure the parts he needed so that he was able to repair it and get it back on the road really fast.     I have been doing business with Weaver for over 10 years. Have always had a great experience especially since Ron has been my primary contact there. Unlike many other salvage yards Ron truly cares about his Customers, and makes sure he sends correct parts, and most importantly is always there if there is an issue. Anyone can sell you parts, but very few are there if there is an issue. That is the very reason I will keep coming back and why Ron at Weaver is always my 1st call. Thank you guys.     My mechanic referred me to "Weaver Parts" in Monroe, NC to buy a part for an older car. Ron, at extension 2255, provided an exceptional level of customer service. I had many questions, and he answered these patiently and in great detail. I ordered the part yesterday, to be picked up once it arrived from GA. Ron was very timely in letting me know once the part was available today. I would refer friends to Ron and this business without hesitation!

    I ordered a Honda Odyssey seat from Ron. He was great to work with, answered the phone every time I called and kept checking on the status of my seats for me. Right up until it was time to pick them up. I would recommend Weavers Parts and Ron!

    Both Nate and Ron were above and beyond on showing care and willingness to help. Nate did everything over the phone to coordinate from Georgia and Ron was the best man you can possibly work with. He even helped me to load my part in the car, made sure it is all fit and Safe. Stayed with me till after hours with a nice smile on his face. Ron showed me today how taking care of a customer should be. I will definitely recommend this monroe location to anyone. Call Ron at EXT 2255, he really cares.

    Worse company ever. Scammers they stoled $430 dollars and don’t want to refund the money they say restocking fees when they never even have the part or delivered. They charge the money and give u run around for almost two months and later they send refund for less then 30 perfect. They keep 70 percent of the money in their pockets. They don’t answer emails or phone calls rusty just hangs up the phone worse sale person. Doing business for 15 years I never had sale person hang up the phone Everytime I called. Don't buy parts. They take ur money but when it's time to return the part or money for any reason they don't want to refund u the money back. Even when they said u got 30 days to return it. Don't buy it period. They sell the parts they don’t have and then give u refund for 30 percent and keep 70 percent for restocking fees. In 15 years doing business this was the worse company ever. They scam people

    Awfully place. Bought a seatbelt, asked them multiples of times to verify the color and if its working, they said yes - drive there 1.5 hours for the belt to be locked up. Ridiculous

    This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Was to pick up a motor and pay cash..had to put my card to hold the motor and they immediately drafted my card, without authorization.. now will not refund my core charge of 196.00. Will not return or answer any phone calls and one lady in Accounts Payable even hung up on me. The salesman, Ron, was very sympathetic and really tried to help. Poor customer service....

    So far my experience with this company has been great. We tend to only criticize when we've had a bad experience and not give praise when we've had a good one. I dealt with Joe on a major purchase. His communication on everything with me was great. He went the extra mile and answered every email and phone call I had. So far everything he said has happened and overall I'm pleased with the purchase and transaction I had with this business.

    My husband (Roy) needed a door for a fairly new vehicle. Apparently Ron was the only one that was willing and able to locate what he needed and had it shipped in within a couple of days. He really appreciated Ron and his ability to go beyond the norm to help!!

    My name Is Rees R. I looked many places to find a used transmission for my volvo and found weaver. Ron was awesome and went out of his way to help me.     What can I say about my experience today 😊? For starters I had already been to the dealer looking for the parts and they couldn’t help me. I then called literally every pets store in Charlotte and surrounding areas with no luck. Then called every junk yard I could find in hopes of them having my car and of course not!!!! Soooo at this point I am aggravated and honestly about ready to give up and I came across this company on google. Ron answered the phone and did his best to find the part and by me not having all my information I lucked up and he had the same car I was looking for 😀 😀 with a little conversation back and forth of what I was looking for he went above and beyond to help me find my part number and I went to the dealer and they immediately find the part and I get home and it works freaking perfectly!!!! You have no idea how much you have saved me today Ron. I thought this world had gone bad but it’s really good to know that there are still some genuine people who actually give a dang. Thank a bunch man I will be calling you for any future issues with my car.

    Ron at Weaver Auto Salvage is a AWESOME Person to deal with! So far I have bought a Engine from him and a Hood for our F-150 , we are a big dealership in North Carolina. We own a body shop and a auto repair shop. I would like to do more business with Ron @Weaver in the future! Look there are a lot of salvage yards in the US but to find one that has a guy like Ron is hard to find. He has stayed after hours to get my parts to me on time and I appreciate him! Thank you Ron!     I went to Weaver parts by accident honestly. I was looking to go to Don's save more, and I saw them next door so I thought I would pop by. By far I would recommend Weaver Parts over Don's save more. To be fair I have yet to by a part and on the surface Don's save more does have cheaper parts. But, Don's save more couldn't care less who walks into their office. Weaver Parts is a lot more friendly and helpful. Ron, an Account Manager that helped me, is very honest and kind. I definitely recommend this place if you need some used parts.

    Was looking for a center seat for my truck. Gave 2 days notice of when I would be picking it up. Even sent an email the day before and a text message the morning that I was on my way there. Got there and some moron pulled the wrong part. I was told it would be an hour or more if I wanted them to pull the correct part. I asked for my money back so they cancelled my order and reimbursed my cc. I would NOT recommend that anyone do business there.

    I was looking for a hood and grill for my Ford Ranger. I was attended to by a gentleman named Ron.I asked if I could get it already painted in white and he went above and beyond to find it for me. Great man to deal with along wit a exceptional customer service attitude. Thanks Ron.

    Customer service was terrible. There was a sign on the door that said "Now hiring, requirement: Good attitude and photo ID." Go figure. The customer rep said that business beyond automotive shops is irrelevant. In other words my money and expectation of service is unimportant. I mentioned the sign referencing a good attitude and he replied that he forgot to take it down. Wow... The second customer rep cursed me repeatedly after mentioning Custer service. Never again.

    Absolutely the worst auto parts and salvage place on the east coast. Smells horrible... sewage leak smell. Definitely not up to EPA standards. Air conditioner refrigerants released into atmosphere daily. Oil and gas spills daily. General manager( Kevin nixx skims off the top and treats employees horrible. Tires are buried on site. Gasoline from dismantled cars is given to employees. Its ruined quite a few. No OSHA at all. No one there has certifications to drive forklift. Ect. And their was two employee suicides in the past year(not at work thank God)

    Since Richard has moved up in the company I have now been using Ron St. Arnauld - Fantastic service. I would recommend using Ron if you want a right part delivered on time at a good price.
