My car is stranded on the side if the highway and I've been calling for two days for a tow. Apparently they are all booked up for two days solid and have no ability to put anyone on a waiting list. If any other tow company would answer my calls, I would have already used them instead of Zores. I just can't fathom why something like a waiting list can't be done. My car is literally couple miles from their location and the same distance to where I need it towed, and "Sorry, there is nothing we can do" is all I get. Guess I'll try to find some dude operating out of his personal home instead of trusting a company designated specifically for this. Thanks anyway Zores, I'll make sure to tell everyone I know that you guys are always too busy to do anything.

They overcharged my son for things they didn't do and also charged him for 2 days when his car was there less than 24hours. $250.00 they are price gouging people and i will get his money back. Service: Vehicle wrecking

My driver (Mike) ,was great . On time and nice. He dtopped the vehicle exactly where I needed it. And I was surprised they were cheaper than the others I called and couldn't get to me. Will use them again if needed.

I got a factory rim for my car for $70 from here. I was quoted $175 to get my rim repaired and my tire replaced. I saved $105 by going to Zore's. Service: Part finding & extracting

Easy drop off, however the yard area is very hazardous with large holes and small scrap steel in the driving areas. Dangerous for tire damage.

Please tell your little boys to learn how to drive. Especially in parking lots. About ran us of the road because he didn't know what his lane was. And then proceeded to be rude to us lol. Men are so emotional.

They give you the option of scheduling a pick up. They show up on time and they are fast friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend. Nick the driver was very careful with my daughters SUV. I really appreciated that.

Everyone was great professional. My son and I went there to scrap copper and we had aluminum wire mixed in with it. They were kind enough to let us know that we needed to sort it. The next time we go we'll be prepared I highly recommend these folks

DO NOT LET YOUR CAR GET TOWED HERE! They will do whatever they can to keep your car in storage. “Short staffed” is all they say. I was told to have my own tow truck come and get my car and guess what? Due to them being short staffed they refused to bring my car out even though I had a truck ready!!! Mind you they never told me that unless they were ready to go, I could not have my car back. WORST TOW COMPANY IN INDIANAPOLIS.Service: Local hauling
