Our semi had broke down at the Loves Truck Stop there in Loxley. The shop there was booked up and couldn't see us at the time (1 man working and was on a service call). The air valve had went out on the truck. It was late so we spent the night there at Bay Inn & Suites (to pricey). The next morning we called around checking to see if anybody had the part we needed. Called Loxley parts store, they were such a HUGE blessing. They made 3 trips to where we were and didn't even charge us for those trips. May God Bless this place of business daily. Professional and polite staff which is hard to find in scrapyards. Offered a fair price for my Nissan Titan. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Would definitely visit again if the need arises.

Ordered products online to be picked up in store and everything was ready to go when I arrived. I think it was the manager, but I didn't get a name, checked over everything make sure it was correct since I got multiple oil filters for 2 different vehicles that looked alike. He even helped me find some other stuff as well. Great customer service, I definitely recommend to anyone who needs parts!

I've read a few other reviews and noticed that he was not the only one to have this exact same experience.if you don't give refunds then you need to tell your customers up front and be honest about it.i certainly won't ever buy from them again and I am going to spread the word about this.i am a local veteran auto mechanic here in Foley and I am going to spread the word about napa.i always wondered how Napa stayed in business and now I know.

My family recently moved from an area where we had residential trash pick up taken care of by the city, and were a little nervous to transition to a private service. Waste Pro has been very professional, friendly in answering my questions upon setting up the service, and is always on time with our weekly trash pick up. Trash service is something you want to set and forget, and that has definitely been our experience with Waste Pro.

Not enough employees working for the amount of customers in the store. Felt rushed at checkout by other customers waiting because there was not enough employees to help customers. Employee was helpful when it came to finding what I needed, they just need more people working. Overall I was able to get what I needed at a good price, that another parts store was out of that product at that price range.

They paid for 360lbs worth when I had 720lbs They ÷2 and give you have of what you bring. If I could give a 0 star I would DO NOT COME HERE!
ALWAYS prompt service and vehicles are ready when promised (and returned in clean condition). I don't hesitate to refer EVERYONE to Rodney. He runs an honest, reputable business. How refreshing!!! Prices very competitive and fair.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Currently we are near the end of our 36 month contract for a large container used for landscaping debris. Our contract stated that our costs would be as follows: $210 a month for large container haul charge plus $40 per ton for disposal charges. Rates have increased significantly and we are now at $255 for large container haul charge plus almost $60 per ton for disposal charges, the latest bill was almost $800 for one haul and return of the roll-off. Also, a minimum of $150 is charged on the months we do not request disposal, so regardless, they get their money!! They call it a "minimum lift fee"...huh? There was no lifting....Anyway, we also had a charge of $241.02 for a "service attempt" but they came a day earlier than we scheduled it and it was blocked by other vehicles; we disputed this charge and were given a credit, but still, most people just pay their bill without inspecting the charges and I found it very sneaky of them and was shocked that they billed us that much for the truck to come to our property and turn around and leave! All of the increases and extra charges were made under the radar with no notice in writing, no email or phone call to us, nothing... and we are STUCK in a contract with our hands tied...so sure, use Republic Services if you want to work with an untrustworthy company that attempts to nickel and dime you on just about every single invoice. I am well aware all of this is on the corporate level and not specifically toward the Foley location but this corporation will fleece you every chance they get so beware!Services: Yard debris removal, Construction debris removal
