The mechanic Eddie was extremely knowledgeable friendly funny and competent he did wonderful job I would recommend anybody and everybody to these guys the owner Jimmy is a great guy and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service they provided and to be completely honest he didn't have to do too much we had a great experience with these guys and I will be using them in the future.
Great place to sift through scrap and purchase. But to the employee who got bent out of shape because I mistook his personal truck for a pile of scrap, it would behoof you to learn some emotional regulation. One day, you might come sideways at someone less kind and emotionally intelligent than I.
This team is AMAZING!!! We left a message on Sunday, and by early Monday afternoon, they hadn’t just called us back - they had already come and gone and completed our junk removal!! The office staff is incredibly sweet and professional, and the guys who came to complete the job were quick and efficient. Everyone treated us extremely well, and made quick work out of a job I had been dreading for months. I thought it would take hours to complete, but the guys had it done in a manner of minutes!! From start to finish, it was a great experience that took the stress off my shoulders. Truly, A+ all around!! Awesome shop, and awesome staff.After an unexpected alternator issue during a family trip, the owner(manager) squeezed me in onto the schedule so we were not stranded another day, welcomed my family into the waiting room, very accommodating waiting room, as they fixed my car, and went above and beyond to make sure my extended warranty was put into affect and able to be used, as we couldn't get any appointments to get our car fixed at the actual dealership in order to utilize extended warranty.I will forever be thankful for this shop and their staff.Look no further when finding a mechanic to honestly and reliably work on your vehicle!

I have never left a review for a company in my life, but this company desires it. Mrs. Michelle is hands down the nicest lady I have ever met. this is by far the best auto salvage yard I've ever walked into. I drove from Charleston SC, to European Auto Salvage, TWICE, (12 hour round trip) and if they had a part I needed I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. The customer service is unmatched. I highly encourage anyone to give this lot a call and see what they can do for you. I cannot speak highly enough for Mrs. Michelle and what she does.
Best place to go for parts hands down! Great people that are honest and fair. You'd absolutely be hard pressed to find anyone better. My only complaint is how much time my guy spends working on his truck now that he can afford to replace all the things it needs and that he just wants to replace. I complain a little about how much gets spent BUT truly, he's come home more than once. (Hand to God) with our SUV packed full of replacement parts and bits and bobbles and pieces(pardon my mechanic jargon) all for less than he'd have spent for any 1Of the above mentioned thingamajigs if he'd went elsewhere.
