Our Services

USCarJunker helps vehicle owners request offers for used, damaged, non-running, wrecked, salvage, and junk vehicles. Depending on your location and transaction, the vehicle purchase, towing, pickup, or payment may be provided by USCarJunker or an independent vehicle buyer, junkyard, recycler, towing company, or other service partner.

We also operate a directory of independently operated junkyards and related automotive businesses. A directory listing does not mean that a business is owned or operated by USCarJunker.

Quotes and Offers

Quotes are based on the vehicle information you provide and are not guaranteed until the vehicle and required documents are verified.

An offer may be changed or withdrawn if the vehicle's condition, mileage, VIN, title status, missing parts, location, or other important information differs from what you provided, or if the transaction cannot legally or safely be completed.

Submitting a quote request does not require you to accept an offer. The final purchase price is the amount confirmed before the transaction is completed.

Your Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and own the vehicle or be legally authorized to sell it.

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and ownership information and any documents required to complete the transaction. Requirements vary by state and may include a title, identification, registration, lien release, or other proof of ownership.

Before pickup, remove all personal belongings from the vehicle. After the sale, you are responsible for any state requirements relating to license plates, registration, insurance, or reporting the vehicle transfer.

Pickup and Payment

Pickup or towing may be available after you accept an eligible offer. Pickup times and same-day service are not guaranteed and depend on location, vehicle accessibility, towing availability, and other conditions.

Payment may be provided by USCarJunker or by the independent buyer completing the vehicle purchase. The final price, payment method, and other transaction details will be confirmed before ownership is transferred.

Independent Buyers and Partners

USCarJunker may work with independent vehicle buyers, junkyards, recyclers, towing companies, and other service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these businesses are independently operated and are responsible for the services they provide.

They may have their own terms, privacy policies, and transaction requirements.

Junkyard Directory

Directory information may come from public sources, business websites, third-party data providers, business representatives, and other sources.

We work to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee the accuracy or current status of business names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, services, prices, ratings, reviews, licensing, or availability.

A listing does not mean that USCarJunker owns, operates, endorses, recommends, or has a commercial relationship with the business. Contact the business directly to confirm its information and terms before visiting or using its services.

Business owners or authorized representatives may request corrections or removal review by contacting [email protected] or using the applicable business listing forms on our website.

Communications

When you provide your contact information, USCarJunker and, where applicable, a partner responding to your request may contact you by phone, email, or text about your vehicle or transaction.

To the extent permitted by law, USCarJunker is not responsible for the independent acts or services of third-party buyers, junkyards, towing companies, or other businesses.
