A few years ago I needed a trunk lid light for my Dodge charger. They had 15 on site that worked for my model. Had it the next day for 158.00. Was fully functional. Now they don't specialize in anything, they sent 5 "tested replacements" which all didn't work properly. Wasted a month of time, they couldn't get it done and would have been more than $100 more than before. The sales people were nice but doesn't help when you can't actually help the customer.

The girl said I would be ok but to hurry. She was very nice. I hurried. Pulled in right at 345 and the guy said the gate was closed.... But it was only halfway. And wouldn't take me. However they took someone else... Just plain rude. Standard Iron and Metal is always nice and if you're slightly late they have a little grace. This was my first and only trip to SA.
Great junkyard with a good selection and fair prices. there is always someone around with a forklift to help lift a vehicle or move it around, if needed. Knowledgeable staff is familiar with their inventory and its location on the lot. I've bought parts from them multiple times and will return anytime I'm in need of a good quality used part at a fair price.

The people who I personally dealt with were all nice and informative. I got an automatic transmission and after I got it in it wouldn't work. I took the speed sensor off the one I pulled out and put it on the one I got here and it is shifting so smoothly with the Royal Purple ATF. I would definitely do business here again.

What auction fees I was buying it directly from him. He wasn’t even willing to haggle either when I offered a fair price either I offered 100 and he shot it down luckily found one eBay for 125 and free shipping so check every where else people
Place absolutely sucks. I called here looking for a part twice for my fiancé’s vehicle, however, the jerk that answers, not only told me he can’t get the part, but then hung up in my face before I could ask any additional questions. As long as I’ve been in law enforcement and have spoke to countless people, I’ve never treated anyone with such neglect and callous. Can’t speak for the owner, unless it was him, but they are horribly rude, inconsiderate, and extremely lacking in customer service. I would give 0 stars but I unfortunately can’t.

Manager is very ,very rude!!! My son was told that they had both of the side windows for his car. He paid for them and when they came in from getting them they just had one window he was told the other one was broken so he asked for his money back for the one they didn't have. They told him no that he couldn't get it back that he'll have a store credit. I called to talk to the store manager myself and I was told that they couldn't do that give his money back you didn't have the part so why his money can't be refunded back. That's theft!!! My son tried to go use the store credit when he called they had the part but when he arrived and entered the building he was told they were eating so basically g et out...the manager finally came out and asked what did he need he told him and tells him the whole engine is gone we don't have the part so give him his money back. It shouldn't be a problem. Its not like he was returning something back for a store credit he was purchasing a part that you don't have. He kept hanging up in my face and finally blocked me. Smh I'm going Monday with the police and taking this farther just because of his unprofessionalism!!! Scam he's that broke that you have to keep his money!!! They need to be shut down!! If you don't like people get out of the business setting.

He was very helpful, reasonably priced, and once pulled, parts were delivered within a week. It's a scrap yard, not an Orilleys, they can send you what they have, not what you stomp your feet over.
