Well, against better judgement I ordered more parts and they driver refused to pick up the old parts that were boxed wrong for return. When I called to complain I was told it was "our fault" because the paperwork was not on the boxes... which they were. The driver instead of checking for paperwork just says "nah I don't have any pickups" So you screw up originally (items boxed incorrectly), then refuse to pickup the items you messed up on unless i buy something else from you, then you tell me it's MY fault when I've done EVERYTHING Keystone has asked to make a return? Terrible business practice.
