I ordered an inner fender from Dalton on October 15th and he charged my credit card $80.On October 25 I called him to get a tracking number because I had not seen it. He had no knowledge of the part until he found the invoice. He then apologized and said that he would get it shipped same day. I tell him we all make mistakes and just ask him to make sure that it ships.Today, October 28th, I call him again for a tracking number. Now he says the inner fender was broke during removal. Problem is he did not call me to notify me and or course did not give me a refund until I asked during the call.Perhaps a note book or a different method to handle open tickets may be a good idea for Dalton in the future.

First salvage yard I ever been to where they flat out dont sell parts I have tried several times to buy parts from them and its always a excuse horrible place to do business dont expect this place to sell you anything honestly dont know how they are even in business. Worse place I have ever been too not professional at all

Not willing to help. They say that they don't serve the public and you have to have an account with them but their website says different. That's terrible, I wouldn't shop with them even if they said I could. Don't make your website appear that you sell to the public when you don't.

I called and spoke to raul a guy that worked there & i was quoted a price for door panels and after taking over an hour of work, when i got them off finally he tried to charge me 3X the amount.. Never going back!!!!

Recently my front, driver's side tire blew up and caused A LOT of damage to my car. So for the first time I went to Rick's. They did a lot of body work and mechanical repairs and it looks Amazing!!! They also were So kind to me and gave me rides to the car rental place. I would Highly recommend Ricks to anyone needing body or auto repair!!!!!

Mayberrys gold and silver is really a garage and auto parts store. Mr. Mayberry should be reported to the better business bureau for several reasons. Not only is he way overpriced for example a $1300 used motor he also lied about the time it would take for the used motor to come in, which ended up being 10 days later instead of the 3 days he promised. Which caused me to be without a car and not being able to go to work for several months because my mechanic which i had already paid for his services had other commitments scheduled he had to take care of first since my motor was not in on time.Mr. Mayberry also promised the refund of the $150 core charge when the old motor was returned with all of the parts he requested. He not only refused the refund of the core charge, but Mr. Mayberry also was supposed to order a $130 window motor replacement part for the right side of my vehicle which it clearly states on the receipt but had a replacement motor for the left side of the car. Then Mr. Mayberry rudely refused to take the part back even tho it was clearly his mistake in ordering wrongly. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for auto parts or to sell their unwanted gold or silver. The way we were treated by this man was very uncalled for and not good business like. Regretfully I wish I would have known that before it was too late.

About to report the Nissan they towed today stolen because they do not have a working number... especially since it's also listed as a car lot. Haven't seen a soul yet...Sucks because I had a mechanic go out there for NOTHING!
