Untimely. Not reliable. Had front bumper damage fixed. Took much longer than promised. Hard to reach on the phone. Failed to meet ALL promised time lines along the way from ordering parts, getting estimate done to finishing the job on my car. The job took more money than originally stated and even tried to go over the estimate they gave the insurance company but failed to include an overall paint job in the estimate so they just did patch and blend work. Now states for 1000.00 more I can get a full paint job. Should have been included in fixing the damaged car if it was going to be needed. Will not go back. The reason I'm giving it two stars is because I took my daughter's car to them to install a hard to install battery and the technician was awesome in his effort and knowledge and didn't charge me anything! So that was beyond expectations. As far as my car was concerned, the only expectation that was met is that it still drives well. Oh and I got it back missing my windshield wiper that was "broke so they had to remove it." Kinda thought that was why my car was there to begin with💁♀️

We do not have trash pick up service, for us it is cheaper to bring our trash into the recycling center, the guys there are fantistic; friendly and professional. I can't say the same for the lady at the transfer station. I have also had trouble getting a return call from the main office number 362-2666 left 2 messages no return call. I give 5 stars because the guy at the recycling center is great and who we deal with most of the time ( to the powers that be He needs a raise!).
