One employee even claimed she NEVER missed calling someone back but hey and hello, here I sit frustrated yet again because someone didn't do their job, get the info and return the call. Thank you lazy people for making my life more annoying than it has to be! If I didn't need parts I wouldn't bother with them.

They told me my key was locked in the car and I would have to get one made before I could get in it. I'm unsatisfied and will never use this company again.
