Took advantage of my neighbor. Elderly woman who was just off the shoulder, the car needed to be pulled back onto the road and she could've been on her way. Instead, the tow truck driver loaded the car on to the flat bed and towed it to the Shell lot a maximum of 10 miles away. They charged her $440, including a $50 charge for picking up the passenger mirrior. (cleanup fee) They charged her $150 police impound fee. the police were called by a bystander, she was not sited, warned or ticketed for anything. They charged her $50 per night storage. The vehicle was perfectly drivable and the only reason it was towed to the lot was to pad the bill. When the owner of this shadey tow company was contacted he could only tout his five star rating. Please take 2 min to review the rest of his ratings, they are obviously bogus. They all basically use the same 5 words to describe his business. Taking advantage of people only gets You so far in life, let alone business. Hopefully the owner finds this out quickly!!Service: Car towing
