First of all the parts here are cheaper and in better shape than most anywhere else. The staff is extremely helpful. And if you pull a part and you find that it's not the right part or it doesn't fit properly to the vehicle you are applying it to they will allow you to bring back the part or parts no questions asked, show me another salvage yard that does that. My family has been customer's for generations because they are honest and cheap on prices. I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a part for their vehicle, even if they don't have it they can point you in the direction of someone who does. Only reason I'm leaving a 1 star review is because my wife said Nova was very nice and professional, but the rest of our experience was horrific. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY! They do not care about your time, situation, or money. My wife ordered an essential part, had it shipped to the springdale location when asked Fayetteville or springdale for shipping. She drove to Springdale with enough gas to make it home, and they told us they had NO order for us. We ordered it from the springdale location, to the springdale location. Nova wasn't working, but the man told my wife he would figure it out, and never called her or notified her. My wife had to call around all the other locations, and do YOUR jobs, to find her part you guys screwed up. I hope you go out of business, idiots.

I got to go in this place for the first time since I was 17 years old! wow! Leroy horn has the coolest stuff hidden away in that field. Leroy having left this world, has been relieved by his grandson I believe. I think people can walk the yard and pick their own parts by appointment only for now. I think he plans on changing that in the near future, but I'm not positive. this place has been around since before I can remember. Mr. horn owns(ed) some of the coolest cars and trucks and man it was awesome to get to go in and check it all out. love it. always have.
