Great experience on cleanout dayI needed to have a large amount of household goods removed as I prepare to sell my property. I had used other junk removal companies in the past and was disappointed with how they handled items, throwing them carelessly into the truck and making me doubt their intent to repurpose items I believed were still usable. I envisioned the entire truck being driven away and immediately dumped into the landfill.I searched for junk companies online and was impressed with the detailed website of Nixxit and especially encouraged by their statement about how they donate items to non-profits and others in need. I used the online booking to schedule my pickup for the very next day with a two-hour arrival window. Within an hour, owner Sarah called me on the phone to confirm the appointment, explain the process and costs, and answer my questions. She was great! On pickup day, I received an advance phone call to narrow the arrival window. Dave and Tyler arrived right on time. They showed me a price list and provided an estimated cost. Once I agreed to the estimate, they went to work. They were polite, professional, hard-working, and super nice, carefully arranging all the items in the truck for the best and most efficient use of space. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a junk removal service.Services: Junk removal, House & garage cleanouts
Courtesy call made to let me know they will be delayed. I appreciate they made the call. The guys removed their shoe as they ran out of shoe cover. I appreciate that. They picked the heavy item. Overall service was excellent. I will definitely use Junk king again and will recommend to my family and friends. Service: Electronic waste removal & disposal
Does not offer online services and doors have been closed for 2 years. this BUSINESS in hayward has been forced closed. The bay has very few cycle junk yards, its a major loss for us. Just say no to covid

Great place to go. There is not a sales floor. So it's more of a commercial setup. So it's usually go in, ask for the parts, and be on your way. The staff is amazing and will listen to all you need. Go there and enjoy

Most of these comments are FAKE. This place sold me a car for 1500$ and said it would last 2 YEARS. It only lasted 2 months before the engine failed on me. They turned off the check engine lights and fooled me into thinking it was a good car. And once I toed it back to them they looked at it for a week before the owner said (verbatim) “It’s not my fault you bought a bad car” so after the total 1650 I’ve spent with the car and new tags all for nothing. These people are liars. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they were ripping the insides apart while waiting for pick and pull to come get it. They guy tried saying he could pay me back for whatever pick and pull would pay to him. Which doesn’t make sense. And he said he was about to have it send to pick and pull without my consent. Luckily I stopped him before he sent it. Why would you do that!? Without asking ? SCAMMERS. I HOPE THIS BUSINESS ROTS. They know I was just in an accident too. And now I have to deal with this. HOW RUDE CAN YOU BE. I bet they steal catalytic converters too. ONCE AGAIN thanks for the worst business. I hope people see you for the scam artists you people are.

Great place, lots of good inventory. Got exactly what I needed for a small fraction of what it costs new and so far it's working just fine. Only 4 stars because the wait to get in was a little long, the tablets they use for the waivers were not cooperating. Also the bathrooms were dirty and the sinks were out of water. But other than that great experience and fresh, diverse assortment of inventory.

Although they did have at at a reasonable cost, my windows on car are not tinted and the replacement window i purchased was. I wasn't expecting tve road to have so many holes and broke an axle on my car pulling in and didn't realize until I was back onto Davis Street. There road need some dirt to fill in those pockets. But the guys were knowledgeable of their inventory and efficient. Both acknowledged my arrival even while assisting other customers and raking phone calls.
Well run facility. Top notch people.

I was please to find a low mileage engine {41k} for a reasonable price through OEM. Because it came out of a wrecked vehicle, there were two bent valves that I needed to get repaired. OEM reimbursed me the cost for this repair. Since I had the heads off for the repair, I had them cleaned and milled. Once I got every thing cleaned, I basically had a new engine that I put in my 2008 Tahoe. I've driven it nearly 5k miles. Very pleased!

It feels like everything but the house is here - the longer stuff stays the more it will start to feel like a museum, but there are tons of useful and quirky items from picture frames to housewares and doors. The staff was helpful and seemed to have their way of communicating to help you not get too lost, but the condition of a lot of stuff was borderline and needed to be cleaned or organized - with so many staff it seemed like downtime could have been used to do some straightening! Nevertheless super cool and one of the most Berkeley places you can go in Berkeley
Great place!! Good customer service! And Jesus is the greatest

Trying to find original parts for older vintage Chevy trucks is next to impossible. The current after market parts from China just aren't the same quality! Try comparing USA vs China "front fenders" by weight & construction! Bill is the owner and Jacob is very helpful assistant.

Great Service! John went over and beyond for me. My car was rear ended and needed a new bumper and paint job. The paint match was great! He also took care of my issue with my trunk not staying open when raised up. Lastly, I was in the process of moving and he also helped me out with a U-haul truck for the day. You are in good hands when working with John!
