Another great experience with Ray’s Hauling. We’ve used them before, the experience was great, so we decided to use them again when the need arose. As requested we sent pictures of what we wanted taken, and when Ray arrived (right at the time promised and after sending a text to give us a 15 minute notice of arrival) he had already committed to memory what he was taking and where it would be located. Because two of the items were in the garage he took those immediately so the garage door wouldn’t have to stay open. He then proceeded to remove everything else quickly and left the area clean. I can’t recommend this company enough. If you’re looking for a great experience with a hauling company call Ray’s Hauling. You’ll be happy you did!

So I have totally forgotten about this Lil spot! Its tucked away, and kind of easy to miss as a whole, however I truly never forgot it was there per se I just don't have it pop up in my mind when I think of Auto parts places. I can tell you for sure, after my experience the other day this will indeed change. I will most likely make this my first go to place because I have never been so welcome and helped with questions as I was on the day I visited while seeking a hard to find part. They did not have the part needed, not surprised but what they did offer was alternative solutions and nobody else bother to even go there. They also were quite versed in their knowledge in general and that was always a comforting feeling that they're willingness to help on something that was troubling us was beyond anything we expected and their kindness was 10 times above that. I will be a return customer for sure!

Dropped off my 95 toyota Camry at Carlos Auto Salvage through the Bay Area Air Quality Management District vehicle buy back program. Was handled efficiently, took less than 20 minutes. Received the check after a few days. I could have went to QuickNPull in Oakland which is a lot closer but too many bad reviews about long waits and bad service. Made the right choice.Antoine of Environmental Engineering was great, fast approval upon receipt of vehicle registration & title and followup call to make sure do transfer of title with DMV and check coming in white envelope.Highly Recommend Carlos Auto Wrecking.

Unfortunately, I found this business to be unreliable and disorganized, based on my experience.TLDR; I needed my car junked, but they no-showed/rescheduled on 3 separate occasions and lacked communication. My car was at my parents' place, 30 miles away from me, and since I'm required to be present for pickup, I wasted a lot of time and gas money for their no-shows.Initial appointment:We were scheduled for a Tuesday 9-10am pic-up window. At 9:45am, they called explaining that the driver had a family emergency, which is totally understandable. No worries here.Rescheduled:We rescheduled for Sunday 10am pick-up time, and they said the driver will call me when they're on their way. I even called the day before and they confirmed my appointment. On Sunday, 10am passed, and I hadn't heard from the driver. At 10:20am, I called the office to check on the status of the situation. It went to voicemail, so I left a message. They called me back shortly after, stating the driver can't make it until 12:30pm. At that point my gut told me this was an unreliable situation. I was unavailable anyway, but I also wouldn't want to wait 2 hours for something I didn't trust would happen.Rescheduled again:So, we rescheduled again for Tuesday before noon (yesterday). It's now Wednesday, and I haven't heard from them.I'm not sure what's going on with the business. Maybe just an unlucky coincidence, but I'll be looking elsewhere.

This is way overdue review remembered when I past by there the other day I had to write review. Had a big clean up job had called about 20 diff recycle company's and no one could help.. finally emailed Mike to see if he could help me with job .. so thankful he was able to help he def had the man power to do it and he got the right equipment for the job. On the day of job it was organized, he communicated very well with my sister and I, had trucks coming and going as he was loading them he made it work. Nice person.. and followed thru with his word.
