Very friendly and extremely helpful people that work there. Cleanest auto parts store I've ever seen. The layout makes sense and isn't confusing at all. The only downside, not their fault at all, kind of difficult to get to because of the parking lot layout. Definitely go here if you need anything!
We moved here recently, and have had nothing but excellent service. Our driver has been so kind, and I truly appreciate him. He’s gone above and beyond when we were late getting our bins out. He waited patiently and took a few minutes to introduce himself and let me know the best time to have it out by. Thanks for the welcome, and kind friendly service.

We were quoted separately for both parts plus shipping for both parts. We paid for both parts and shipping, and were told we would get tracking details, but never did. We tried calling for details and nobody ever answers the phone, or they do, and leave you on hold. When we received the order, all they sent was the rim! No tire! We paid for both because we needed both. Once again, tried to call them to find out what happened and when we finally got a human they said that price and shipping was JUST for the rim. That was not what we were told. Then they said they'd look into it an get back to us. When I called back again, they said they'd refund us for the tire, but not the shipping. I have never seen the refund. This business could be great, but they have horrible management and customer skills. We won't be doing business with them again... unless we finally get our refund...
Have had these guys tow many of our cars because of breakdowns and such. Recently had a bad experience with another tow company, so I thought I would give kudos to a company that deserves it. From now on, I will INSIST on towing with Big Mama'z.
