Great place, HUGE compared to the others I've seen in NorCal. Very friendly and extremely helpful people that work there. Cleanest auto parts store I've ever seen. The layout makes sense and isn't confusing at all. The only downside, not their fault at all, kind of difficult to get to because of the parking lot layout. Definitely go here if you need anything!

Was so much fun!!! I showed up, nice lady took my money, another dude told me which lane to park in.. then after I parked I had the honor of throwing all my garbage on the ground for someone else to deal with. Only lost 1 bag on the way to town too! I did go back and pick it up though. Cover your load, Nah. Can't wait to go back. 😩

I worked for a shop in placerville and got a battery at the end of summer and the battery left me stranded, so I had aaa put in a new battery I called Napa to return the battery and was told there is no record of my purchase so I do not trust Napa because they cheat honestly and can’t take care of the people that make their business! Very unsatisfactory in my professional opinion! Jennifer would not take this matter seriously, unprofessional people for sureJust wanted to add that I called the store and let them know about my review that I posted and no one called or responded to my bad review. These are the people that for over a year have talked with me and sold me thousands of dollars in parts.! Over a junk battery that they don’t want to stand behind the store and it’s people show how unprofessional they are!
We moved here recently, and have had nothing but excellent service. Our driver has been so kind, and I truly appreciate him. He’s gone above and beyond when we were late getting our bins out. He waited patiently and took a few minutes to introduce himself and let me know the best time to have it out by. Thanks for the welcome, and kind friendly service.

First off, it was nice to see guys that spoke English as a first language. They were very cool and helpful. The motor is still running strong and has gone through 2 smog inspections with no problems. Went 2 days in a row. Sign indicates Green Waste is $13.99. Shows pictures of different size trucks, trailers. Yesterday we were charged $20.36 for a truckload. Today...SAME SIZE LOAD... we were charged $25.82. I questioned it and the reply was"I was not here yesterday". Shouldn't matter who it is in the booth. The charge should be the SAME when you are disposing the same thing, same size load instead of charging whatever they feel like charging.
Have had these guys tow many of our cars because of breakdowns and such. Recently had a bad experience with another tow company, so I thought I would give kudos to a company that deserves it. From now on, I will INSIST on towing with Big Mama'z.
