We called yesterday and confirm to pick up part from different wrecking Yard so we drive from San Diego to ours to get the part and when I got to that reckon yard the person he took all my information and then he said I'm sorry we don't have the part and then I called my shop and they told me go to right away right away to get your glass so it was not too far from there and I went to office ask a lady her name Diane she was very cool and it was so amazing that the employee he went inside and got me the whole vehicle lifted and bring it to me and he said this is the one that said yes he started work on it it's really really great I am so happy they deserve five stars absolutely and the lady she was wonderful too I would recommend this place to everyone who I know if he wants part from this area

Rosa's Boss is a total a hole do not do business with this guy. I went to buy a part they had. I made the mistake of assuming that an auto dismantler would have additional parts possibly. I asked for a bracket that I was missing to see if they had it. ended up with this guy who I was not really even talking to saying he is not going to go look for a bracket. The guy would not shut up about it, so I told him to shut up about it and I would just buy the part I was there for from Rosa. He then tells me to get the f out of his place I can not buy the part from Rosa. I went ballistic told him to f off and I start leaving with this little a hole yelling at me as I leave and me yelling back. I could not believe this guy he was yelling that I am a cheap ass when he never even gave me a price to see if I would pay it. He was yelling that it would take 2 hours to remove a bracket that has three screws for an air conditioning bracket that is on the top part of the engine compartment. I guess he is just lazy.
Asked for a specific part and they quickly looked in their inventory and didn't have it. Very fast and responsive.
