She got me twice as much money than all the other competitors . Was a pleasure doing business with her! Thank You Ava, very much!
Good prices, good availability and they have accurate inventory so if they say they have it they have it
I was helped by Jovani at the front desk. He was able to help me via phone call and was ready with parts on hand upon my arrival. While at the location, he also observed other items that could use attention on the vehicle I was operating and mentioned having them in stock which I am considering on my next visit. The other staff was very helpful and courteous as well. Great location ! Strongly recommend !
I love this place. I’ve gone to others but in my experience this is one of the best ones. They tell you where the cars are at that you’re looking for. Also, these guys will actually give you a refund if there is a need to bring the part back that is defective or doesn’t fit. The majority of the other car dismantlers only give you store credit which is a big hassle because if you buy something that’s expensive you’re stuck with that credit that you may not use for a very long time. The store credit is recorded on the receipt they gave you Well, what happens if you lose that receipt, they keep the money. The last thing that I bought here so far was an upgraded car stereo for my Dodge caravan. I did not know that it needed a security key for security. but the dealership helped me with that for free and now I got myself a really nice working radio. So keep in mind with this tip if you’re gonna get some kind of electronic that has maybe a security feature make sure you take a picture of the vehicle there and a picture of the vin number.
I'm a Dealer and have bought several large parts from them. Their prices are great, service great and it is a pleasure to do business with. I'm not local so it would be easier for me to do business in my area, but because of my experiences with them, they are always my first call.
Excellent experience with Turner's. They keep their inventory up to date on car-part.com, which is how I found they have a part I needed. I called in and they were nice enough to go out in the yard, send me pictures of the part, and give me an estimate. Then, when I came out to pick up the part, they served me kindly and promptly, even pulled the part for me. Super nice. Thanks a ton to Karl and the guys!
