It was late in the day but wanted to make the hour trip to get the item I needed for my automobile. With that said, the person, said to was the only one in the store and he would put it behind the counter and wait for me to come and get it. I arrived and the person was amazing! He wanted to make sure I was getting the correct part and to ensure I didn't need to get anything else. Overall, I'd say my experience was exceptional!

For this recycling center being 1 of few in the valley, it's never very busy. Mind you, I'm only taking in aluminum cans. Unlike the other place in Imperial, I never have to wait in a line.
Terrible customer service from one guy that didn't have any patience with somebody that isn't an expert like he is. 0 stars for him. luckily the other guy had a great attitude and helped me find what I needed. 5 stars for him, overall 3 stars cause they have what I needed. But will not recommend.
I’ve been buying parts from this store for over 30 years. They have great customer service and Mark and Susan have always gone above and beyond to get the hard to find parts I need for my old trailer. Highly recommend this company.
