I was in search for a part that I couldn't find in my local area. I called the El Centro, California location and the person who assisted me was friendly and helpful. It was late in the day but wanted to make the hour trip to get the item I needed for my automobile. With that said, the person, said to was the only one in the store and he would put it behind the counter and wait for me to come and get it. I arrived and the person was amazing! He wanted to make sure I was getting the correct part and to ensure I didn't need to get anything else. Overall, I'd say my experience was exceptional!

On 03-07-2022 I visited Auto Zone store number 2803 for a battery test. The sales associate Gerardo Rojas who helped me out was very professional and very customer service oriented since the moment i got to the store. He proceeded to check my battery and determined i need to purchase a new battery... He went ahead and installed my new battery very quickly and with a great positive attitude. I would to commend Gerardo and all store staff for a job very done. Thanks for your attention to this review.

Wow, did I get great service here! I was greeted when entering and many team members helped me find things and answer questions. When I went to check out, Adrian Ramos helped me with many parts I needed to order. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. He is also bilingual, but I did not need that service! He even offered to help carry a battery out to my truck. Thanks Auto Zone for being awesome. I will come back here for all my auto parts needs.
