Address:2531 Sawtelle Blvd, Los Angeles, CA (Zipcode: 90064)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI was surprised by how friendly and responsive this place was. I had tried to get rid of a junk car for days, calling all around town in a red herring round up. But Skip and his driver, Donny, were so just naturally decent folks that I couldn't NOT let them take the car, even if I wasn't getting as much as their competitors were offering. Here's the secret, you can hold out for a little more money and call 4-5 different yards/dispatchers who may or may not show up when they claim and cause you to take time off work or family for nothing... or you can sell your junk to reliable, decent people who are men of their word and pick up the car when they say they are going to. Sometimes $50 just isn't worth the headache and you'll live longer if you just sell your scrap car to these lads. 10/10, would give them my junk again!
Highly recommend Junk King. The guys were super friendly and professional. They banged out the job in no time. I will definitely call them again for anything else I need removed. Service: Yard debris removal

You might get a good deal ,or you might not. I went up the street a lil bit and found what I needed for the best price. Because my insurance company would've got me a better deal thru their rip off deal they offer. This place used to be good tho. Just depends like I said.

Fast and reliable. I called at 8:11 am in the morning and a real person answered the phone and quoted me on the spot. They sent someone out who completed the proper DMV forms and I was paid what I was quoted on phone. They took approximately an hour to get to my location and the whole transaction took approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

Address:2346 N San Fernando Rd, Los Angeles, CA (Zipcode: 90065)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI did not hire these guys..a mobile mechanic dropped car off...they had my car almost 3 weeks. I went to pick it up 3 times it broke down. My BMW had unnecessary repairs and charges. They stated I stole my car without paying when broke down time 3 on test drive. I had a certified bmw dealership/mechanics go over their repairs...I have to take a loss and total my car. Insurance is not covering it. They put my engine back together wrong. The engine only had 1 mount bolt on others were broken. My safety and others cannot own my car I love. I am suing them. They endangered my life and cost me a lot of money. I went to the LAPD. My BMW was taken and replaced with a junk Mercedes battery. They wanted to charge me for brakes that were never installed. Also gave my private financials and discussed my personal information with other clients that medfled behind my back. Everyone is getting sued. I am tired of these guys acting CRAZY...and try to collect more money for ruining my car. They gave me a lender that broke down also. I repaired that car and returned it. If anyone needs to contact me..mid will share my documented certified repair and summary of the damage they did which made me lose my vehicle indefinitely. They are not certified and not your friends!!!!

It appears you are only treated like they care when you are purchasing but a customer should matter at all times. I am in sales and understand the importance of Customer Service, please, act like a customer's need for assistance does not end with the purchase, it only begins there.

Address:8103 Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA (Zipcode: 90001)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedMy experience there was not good me and my uncle went there yesterday to get a part for my grandmother's car and we brought the part with us the guy there was not helpful was very attitudeish assume that we stole apart that we brought in to make sure that we got the right part and did not have their decency to apologize to my uncle for him assuming that he stole something that he did and then turned around and said that everybody's a liar and that people lie and sometimes you can't believe other people well we're not all people and they're still good people out here in this world that do tell the truth and that do keep it real whatever person that he encountered those days that that what they were lying we weren't those people and I didn't appreciate that so I would never go back there or recommend anyone to go there
I called this place looking for an engine. They gave me the price for an engine with low mileage.I then asked if they had anything cheaper even if it had more miles. The lady that answered the phone said well how much are you wanting to spend. I said a number and she said something rude and just hung up the phone. The old lady literally asked how much i was willing to spend and then when i said the number she cussed me out and hung up. What a pathetic excuse for customer service. Especially because the price she gave me was close to the price i asked. I wasn't even trying to tell her what she should sell me an engine for, she asked how much i can spend and i said it and she got mad. They really should invest in someone who actually cares about their customers. I was even going to buy the engine she offered for the original price but because she was so rude i will take my business elsewhere.

Address:5718 Long Beach Ave, Los Angeles, CA (Zipcode: 90058)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedLooked up used Ignition coils for my Son's Dodge Avenger SE. This place came up. I called them up. The guy answered , I asked him for the 2 coils that I needed to replace the 2 that were cracked. So I MapQuest the place and wound up almost to Long Beach!! Oh!! I pulled off the 710 and asked for help to find this hole in the wall place. Got there the guys were very helpful, for me in and out in no time. Walked out slapped them bad boys in and cleared the 3 engine codes and that was the end of my list of power on acceleration. And no more check engine light. So folks by the way,.the moral of my story today is beware when using MapQuest, and make sure you check the correct address you are tryn to get to because Long Beach Ave is totally different than Long Beach Blvd . My mistake, live and learn, won't be using MapQuest any time soon..cost me an hour of being lost. 😲
