Ordered items were late. When they arrived, I was not contacted but only found out when I called. When I arrived I had to wait for an hour so they could put the items in their inventory before releasing my order to me. The woman at the desk was extremely unfriendly and treated me as though I was bothering her.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This company is a joke and NOT a professional business. My boyfriend was clipped by the garbage truck while on our property. Immediately we tried to get the drivers attention for help, instead he drove off and left us yelling for him. Within 10 minutes we contacted the company to file a complaint. The insurance company they use is even more unprofessional. They have tried to lie about the incident and withhold footage from us. They refuse to take responsibility, Monterey disposal is trying to cover up a hit and run. They tried offering money to quiet us and make this go away, the amount offered is not even enough to cover medical bills due to the accident this company is responsible for. We have tried working with the company to solve this but their lack of attention and effort is disheartening.Service: Junk removal

Unfortunately i pay for this service! I just saw the driver drop the containers and he put a notice that he needs 2 foot clearance. I notified him I was not going to pick up the mess he maid!, he said it’s not his job to pick it up! I told him it’s not my fault if the neighbors put their containers close together! I pointed it out to the driver and he just Kept trying to argue! It’s a joke of drivers they hire. It’s been a bad service through out the years I’m really getting fed up with this! It’s time to get the city to get some other service!
