This place is great!!! Lots of rusty old cars and trucks and other random stuff. The owner is very active in helping you find the parts you need. The price is ridiculously cheap, I always tip Brian $20 even if it's only a $5 part. He works so hard at getting your part and I appreciate it.
Amber and the team at Caddy Daddy are great. I’ve ordered many parts for my ‘55 from my home in NZ including a full engine rebuild kit. They always arrive in about a week from me placing the order, even though I’m on the other side of the world. Customer care and after sales service are exceptional. Very knowledgeable and friendly. A very helpful employee helped me today with my brake rotors and pads! He explained all different types of brakes and helped me decide what’s best for my baby. Very satisfied with the service he gave me and was quick and fast. Out of all the autozone’s in the Napa County I would really recommend the American Canyon Branch due to a great job they do for there store. I’ll be coming back and recommend many of my car heads to go there . Chris was the employee who helped me by the way and i’ll gladly to return to that store from now on!! 5 stars.

I called them before going there and they said that they close at 4pm .I’ve arrived at 2:57pm and they were closing the door,I told them that they are supposed to close at 4pm and that I’ve rented the U-Haul for the day only and it’s full of things to damp but he didn’t want to listen and continue to close the door.I would love if I can give them 0 star 👎

Love getting down and dirty picking out parts. Huge selection but you have to get in early once the car is on the lot or you’ll not find what you want. Sign in the waiver and pay two dollars to get in. You can use your receipt to go to another location if it’s that same day. Portables for bathrooms. You can also ask them for specific vehicles in their database before you head in.

I normally don’t write bad reviews for a business and give them the benefit of the doubt. Being business owner myself I know the difficulties but I had to write one for this company. This is regarding a incident that occurred on October 8th with my wife’s car. She got flats on 2 of her tires on south Kelly road, I called my friends at Quinlan’s Tires to go and see if they can fix her tires and get her going since she was on her way to pick the kids up from school. Quinlan’s got there within 15 minutes but said the car needs 2 new tires they are not repairable and they did not have the tires in stock. They suggested we have the car towed to there shop so they could order the tires and get it going the next day. I called Napa Tow they said they can be there in about an hour, being Friday I said that was fine. My wife waited and waited no one showed up. I called to get an update and no answer, I left 3 messages on the answering machine and no return phone call. I finally called Bob’s Tow from Vallejo, they showed up in 15 minutes and towed the car to the shop.I was so disappointed in Napa Valley Towing they don’t even deserve a 1 star review! People call tow companies at time of distress and they couldn’t even answer there phone or call us back to give us an update? All they had to do was communicate yes we will be there but a bit late or we can’t be there call someone else. NRWS has always done a great job with my garbage & yard waste. I had them pick up our old fridge and it was so easy. All i had to do was make a phone call and have it rolled out to the side walk. I’ve been coming to the Steel Mill for several years. I’ve always found them to be fair, accurate and treat everyone with respect. They take all different types of metal; iron, stainless steel, aluminum and copper etc. The guys in the yard are always right there to help unload any heavy items off my truck. The prices paid are fair and consistent. I’ve been to all the other scrap yards around the bay area and the Steel Mill continues to be my favorite.
