Paid for my order online using the new installment program. There was an error in their system that apparently made me pay a second time when I went to pick up my items in the store. When confronted at the register they accused me of lying and not paying, and when I found I was charged twice I was told to contact online customer service.Online customer service said there was a 'pending' refund and to wait 3-5 business days for my money. Well it's past the time frame and when I called customer support Again they accused me of Lying Again and said there was a refund posted. There Was Not. So I'm forced to file a fraud dispute claim with my bank, while this corporation screws me over RIGHT BEFORE rent is due.Never using this store again.

I was incredibly pleased with the service of this facility. I had a difficult load of stuff to unload and was concerned about what kind of value i'd get out of it. The manager was incredibly professional and went out of his way to personally see everything was unloaded safely and I received all the money I could out of my materials.
