AMAZING! Gorge and Matt are not only cute but they have brains too. I was able to get my car part the same day though I requested to pick it up later in the week. I was treated as a friend, as family you truly care about not just another customer. These are some of My Peeps for sure.
While other folks had a decent experience here I sure didn't. Waste of time. Obsolete part through the dealer. Their part number didn't match the one off my broken part. I was concerned. The guy blew me off and said "it'll work fine, I've sold 100's of these and it will work". My money and 4 hours later it did not "work fine". When I returned he, of course, didn't have the correct part after "looking". Total waste. Another example of uncaring, unprofessionalism. Just want your money.

I ordered parts under the promise that they would arrive by the time I needed them. On the day they were supposed to arrive I called to get a status and the salesperson said they would call me right back with a status on the parts. He never called back, so I called and left a voicemail. 4 days later still no response! I called back to check on status and was transferred to his voicemail yet again. I called back again to ask for a status without just being transferred off and the customer service person continuously cut me off and would not let me get a word in. When I told her to stop cutting me off she hung up on me. Will never deal with this place again.

Called Richard he had low mile motor in perfect condition by the end of the day it was ready for me to pick up wiring harness was in one piece saved the shop so much time installing it. I reached out to them through email with no response so I tried calling them. I was told I’d get a quote within an hour. Three days later I called back and they hadn’t started my quote. They wanted to sell me a front bumper for $1000.
Not really helpful so I ended up finding it at cheaphondaparts now.com new! Shipped to my house 👍👍👍 no gas spent no bridge tolls and no attitude👍👍
