Upon my recent accident I needed to source a driver fender for my 2004 Lexus LS430. Now these vehicles were innovation before it’s time so needless to say these are still either owned by their first owners or very rarely have reached the junk yard; & just my luck Benzeen Auto came to the rescue. I seen they had the part I was looking for on eBay and within my colour too, so I was trying to get the best offer. I decided since I’m in Florida and they are in California it’s a 3 hour gap so might as well give them a call.A sales representative by the name of Hayk helped me throughout my process. He was very transparent throughout the whole transaction, from detailed photos to assuring my interest in the part. Not only that but he also gave me a deal I only imagined in my head so when opportunity struck we both came out winning. I got my fender and Hayk got the sale. Shipping took about 5-7 business days and packaging was superb. To summarize my experience with Benzeen Auto, it was accommodating and reassuring. Will sure do business again in the future.

I own nothing but Dodge trucks an I love them I brought a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 v10 motor not knowing much about it but wanted it anyways truck is an awesome an beautiful truck well I later have found out a lot more about it an that parts for it are kinda hard to find well there is one that I've been searching for now for 2 years now mind you my truck is at a shop now having the transmission rebuilt like I said I've found out more about it after buying it. but it will not be after tomorrow. Hector Garcia shipped us the incorrect part for our Mustang last year March 2021. He assured my hubby, Fred that it was the correct part. We were charged $350 for the part. We contacted Hector for a refund. He agreed and said it would be credited asap. We shipped the part back to him, contacted him again and we never got our money back. Therefore I am going to file a lawsuit against Mr. Garcia and request the statutory max plus interest.Update: 2/16/22 We received our refund today. Thank you!

They closed their rancho Cordova location so there was no local pickup. I ordered parts under the promise that they would arrive by the time I needed them. On the day they were supposed to arrive I called to get a status and the salesperson said they would call me right back with a status on the parts. He never called back, so I called and left a voicemail. 4 days later still no response! I called back to check on status and was transferred to his voicemail yet again. I called back again to ask for a status without just being transferred off and the customer service person continuously cut me off and would not let me get a word in. When I told her to stop cutting me off she hung up on me. Will never deal with this place again.

Richard was extremely helpful and even lent me his Phillips screw driver so I could install my visor right away in my Toyota truck.They also helped me find the place because Google maps kept turning me around. I will definitely come back here again if I need a part. They pull the part for you so you don't have to be searching around rows & rows of cars looking for exactly the correct part.

I needed a spare tire for my MB. I went to Luxury auto parts and the owner was very nice and actually he allowed me to try the wheel on my car and if fit I buy and if not no harm done. I find that very accommodating and a good customer relationship. The European car part in the same area didn’t allow me to do that and said no return at all even for a wheel. The Luxury auto parts is great and he has the best customer relationship. I ended up buying from him rather than the European car parts.
