Called again on Saturday to confirm what time they closed and told them I was on my way to get transmission. Drove 45 minutes from Sacramento & got there 15 minutes before they closed for the man to tell me I couldn't get the transmission because it wasn't pulled out. He said it was still bolted to the engine and all his workers already left. So I basically drove out there for nothing. Just a waste of time. And that's after I called the same day I was to pick it up and specifically asked if it was ready to go. And the man was pretty rude. Not good customer service & didn't apologize for their inconvenience or misunderstanding. Very unprofessional in my opinion not worth the the money you'll think you'll save.
Tried to return a part that wasn't working. But their manager treat you like a criminal saying that you switch out the part when clearly the part was marked.
Was put on hold to double check that the doors for a Honda Civic are in perfect condition, sent a driver to pick them up.. (I am located in WA).. and guess what… when the driver arrived..
