He said it was still bolted to the engine and all his workers already left. So I basically drove out there for nothing. Just a waste of time. And that's after I called the same day I was to pick it up and specifically asked if it was ready to go. And the man was pretty rude. Not good customer service & didn't apologize for their inconvenience or misunderstanding. Very unprofessional in my opinion not worth the the money you'll think you'll save.

They confirmed availability for me, I came in, asked for the part, and in a couple minutes I had paid and had my part already. This place was super easy to work with! Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back if I need anything else for my baby!
