I had a good experience here. Al is very knowledgeable and honest. I got all the parts I needed with no sales pressure or games. Prices were slightly higher than the competitors but they really test and inspect the parts they sell so you don't have to do the job twice... that's worth every penny.I've done business with other yards over the years but I've never gotten the consistent quality and service I get when I go to Navarra's. Just walking in the place you can see the difference with how clean and organized the shop is. That says a lot about a business.
Service was outstanding, even for a salvage yard. We were processed within 30 minutes , actually less.

Needed a couple doors for my Mazda. They had good replacements and reasonably priced. They took them off the car for me at no extra cost which was great. I also didn't have room to do the replacements at my house so I asked them if I could do the repairs myself on site and they said sure, so that was nice of them! I had to leave before finishing the project so I asked if I could leave my old doors with them and come back the next working day to retrieve the side mirror and custom speakers out of my old doors and they were perfectly fine with that. A1 German takes good care of me. I have been going for a few years now and l am very comfortable with them and trust that they will give their customers the best fair price. They show you pictures of the parts on your car that is having problems, and will save your parts to show you that are from your car. The front desk personnel are so polite. They are very busy as a auto shop should be. We don’t see what is going on in the back so we don’t know how many cars they are working on but they do their best endeavor to get your car back to you as quick as they can. As patrons we have to be patient especially during the Covid because parts are even more difficult to acquire and may delay your car being finished.

Before buying anything, I recommend to first come and see what ever you want to buy; otherwise, you might end up wasting your time. I bought an engine over the phone from them. When it arrived, I did not like it. When I called and asked them to take it back, they accepted it back with no problem. Refunded all the money back to me with no problem. Their customer service is top notch. I would recommend them to my friends. Thank you for making an easy transaction.

Terrible service! I called at 4pm on a Wednesday and they gave me a quote for something they "had available". 10am on Thursday, they tell me they wont sell it to me because I'm not a shop/they already sold it. He wasnt making sense when I said I was going to come pick it up. Said to have the shop call them and he hung up on me. F@#$ this place, I had everything lined up ready to go and they screwed me last minute.

Cash for Junk cars by Commercial street in San Jose, is the worst place for selling your car. The other day, I went there with a friend to sell her car. There was only one employee to serve 7 customers, we were told to come back the next day because he was the only one working, the manager was working on some other assignment taking hundreds of hundreds of wrecked towed cars,, and we were holding there for 3 hour 4 hour 5 hour it depends when you came,, even a time more. We return back the next day,, same thing. Very very bad service in America that I have never seen. The amount of cash to give you to your car is unreasonable , unfair and very cheap. They offer any amount of money they want. They have few employee and they're frustrated and they don't give you care as you are their customer. I understand how the employee felt. But looking at this kind of service this country is going bad in service wise. When company abused employee then the employee in return was abusive service. The other day, by mistake I posted in a wrong business a feedback instead I thought I was giving a feedback to cash for junk.
