The car was sold as running, but it stopped working less than five miles from the seller's house in the middle of a traffic lane! We pushed the car off the road, with the help of a mail man working in the area. When I called AAA to help us to push the car onto a U-Haul car trailer so we could trailer it back to Ventura, they refused to help us. However, they gave us Larry's phone number and I called. After explaining our situation, Larry agreed to come to our location and help to get the car onto the trailer. He arrived within an hour. We could not have done this without help. Larry came alone, but knew others in the place where we were stuck who helped us push the car up the ramp. Larry also helped us secure the car onto the trailer ( a job we had never done before ). He did the job we asked him to do in a timely manner.Service: Special vehicle towing
The Management here are so helpful. I highly recommend calling to find the parts you need. I was so relieved to find a place that would help me find affordable parts and a reliable mechanic to help Me restore my vehicle rather than lose it to the insurance company for a payment that is Way less than my car is actually worth! Its is Very eco friendly to fix your vehicle rather than ‘throw it away’ !! And when insurance companies overcharge for parts and labor and determine that it costs more to fix than its worth, aka Salvage, this business offers you great deals to Buy and restore ‘Salavged’ vehicles! We scheduled our day around Larry coming but he pulled a no show. No call. No text. No response to my calls or texts. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Please people…don’t waste other people’s time. Communication is simple and easy.
