I was initially treated well until I asked for some help installing or showing me how to install my new windshield wipers and I was initially told that was not their job and insurance would not allow it. Very Snarky, then a very nice person installed them for me. I later found out he was a driver and worked on his car alot. Changed my entire view and feelings about the store.Thank you to David.

Called for towing service. Arrived very quickly. Transmission locked. Greg assisted in trying to release before taking to destination . Very patient and helpful. Prices very good. Waited at the dealership until after I was checked in. Was not deterred by the rain.

I came in Monday to this pick n pull and forgot my mask. They told me they were not going to let me in without one. But then I see a few people coming from the inside with parts and without masks on. I told the African American woman at the counter why they could go inside without a mask and she said “ this is not up for debate “. The people that were leaving without masks were of white ethnicity. Since I’m Hispanic is that the reason why? If I was to be of a lighter skin shade would I be able to go inside without a mask too? That probably is the case here.

They provided me $400 for my 2007 Ford Escape with a very clean exterior and interior but which had just recently thrown a rod, largely disabling the engine. They made arrangements to pick the car up at our agreed upon location, picked it up with no problems, and provided a check for the $400 on the spot. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of an old/unusable vehicle if you, like me, don't want the bother of putting the car up on Craigslist and looking for someone to take it away for parts or salvage.
